In the heart of Paris, light became our primary material. Acrylics and glass that don’t just reflect light—they edit it. Through layered acrylic planes, iridescent finishes and precisely calibrated transparency, the space continuously reframes itself. Refraction, reflection and chromatic interference generate subtle optical shifts that evolve from morning to dusk, allowing the furniture to dissolve into architecture before re-emerging as sculptural focal points. A project where material innovation, craftsmanship and atmospheric design converge into an experience that is never quite the same twice. taken in Paris, France by @hemera.catalpa

Pinecrest House 🏠 where light and heights becomes part of the architecture. Defined by soaring volumes, warm wood detailing, and expansive openings, the project was designed to amplify natural light and create a seamless sense of verticality. The interplay between height and materiality brings softness to the scale, allowing each space to feel both grounded and airy at once. A study in proportion, warmth, and quiet modern living. taken in Pinecrest, Florida by @hemera.catalpa

Wood carries a quiet sophistication ✨ shaped through precision, patience, and craftsmanship. From raw material to refined finish, every detail is part of a process that transforms texture into atmosphere. Its versatility allows it to adapt effortlessly: sculptural or minimal, warm or architectural, timeless or contemporary. The beauty of woodwork lies not only in its function, but in the way it brings depth, balance, and character into a space. At Hemera Catalpa, we see woodwork as more than a finishing element, it is part of the identity of a project. by @hemera.catalpa

When designing for children, we design for emotion, movement, and imagination. For this playhouse, we created a palette where color goes beyond visual it becomes experiential. Warm yellows bring joy and a sense of safety, greens connect to nature and calm, while touches of turquoise and blue spark curiosity and creativity. Outdoors, the palette becomes more dynamic, inviting adventure where play is guided by instinct. Because a playground isn’t just where kids play; it’s where they begin to understand the world. And because every project deserves its own approach, Hemera Catalpa fully embraces the spirit of each one. ✨ taken in Key Biscayne, Miami, Florida by @hemera.catalpa
