At Team Hendricks Homes, we bring the feeling back to Real Estate.

Luxury isn’t just what you see. It’s what you feel when you walk through the door.

From the light pouring through the windows to the warmth of the living spaces, this home carries a feeling that stays with you. The kind of property that feels collected over time, layered with character, charm, and a sense of ease that’s impossible to manufacture.

We believe the best homes are the ones people connect with instantly. Buying or selling a home should be personal, elevated, and deeply cared for, never transactional.

Because behind every property is a story, a family, and a new chapter waiting to begin.

Some homes are listed. Others become part of something greater.

At Team Hendricks Homes, we see beyond the property — to the lifestyle, the setting, the feeling of being there.

Brought together, simply and beautifully.

Your next chapter begins here.

A beautiful reminder of why we love calling La Jolla home. 🐚

Today we celebrated the grand opening of the Fireside Library Tower Room. Such a lovely afternoon of storytelling, art, music, and community.

Real estate has become too corporate. Too transactional.

We do it differently.

When you work with Team Hendricks Homes, you get Kristin + Nick personally. The people you meet are the people who answer your calls, show your home, negotiate on your behalf, and guide you from beginning to end.

We know and love this community because it’s our home too. The familiar streets, the neighborhoods we know by heart, the ocean views, even the roses in the garden

No hand-offs. No giant team. No feeling like you’re just another transaction.

Just personal representation, local knowledge, and a genuine connection to the place we’re fortunate enough to call home.

There’s something iconic about La Jolla when the ocean decides to put on a show. 🌊

With El Niño conditions on the horizon, there may be no better seat in town than The Marine Room. Where the waves have been known to meet the windows and dinner comes with a little drama.

A La Jolla institution. An unforgettable view. @themarineroom

Who’s ready? ✨

Art marks a moment. It remembers a room, a season, the people who gathered there. And sometimes, the pieces we fall in love with become the pieces our families keep long after us.

Collected over a lifetime.

Looking for a piece of your own? Join the La Jolla Art & Wine Festival, October 10 & 11 from 10 AM–6 PM. Meet the artists, discover original work, and perhaps find something worth passing down @lajollaartandwinefestival
