Tour de Worcester 🥉

A good, fast race from the start. And ended with a bunch sprint. Happy to finish 3rd 🥉 and learned alot

P3 overall and 🥈 in Gauteng today.

We had a good race and everything worked out well for the team and I managed to round out the overall podium🥉and a 🥈in Gauteng

🥈 Blue Diamond Classic 2026

What a day! Super happy to finish 2nd, just behind my teammate @barnard.liam08 , who was super strong and took the win.

Really proud of the result and stoked to see P1 & P2 for the team. 🔥

After another #Northside #MzansiNRS2026 race, @henko_cycling took the win in the @32gi Junior Men's competition, with rubenkruger in second place and @knoetzeq rounding off the podium in 3rd place.

In the @32gi Junior Women's race, we saw @jennah_.jacobs taking maximum points out of the #mealsonwheels2026 race and @helen_olwage in second place.

Amashova 2026

Honestly, I had no idea what to expect going into my first Amashova, but it was such a fun race. I was racing with the elites and managed to stay in the front group until I unfortunately punctured at 75 km in .

I’m really disappointed about the puncture because I felt like I was in a good position and could’ve gotten a really good result. Unfortunately, the pace was just too high to make it back to the peloton.

I ended up 7th Junior with a time of 2:17.

A big thank you to my team BP Academy — we all had a really strong ride. Also, thank you to my coach and my parents for getting me there and helping me prepare for the race. 🙏

Cape Town Cycle Tour ‘26

First time racing in the elite peloton and what an experience it was 🚴‍♂️🔥

The race was hard from start to finish, the pace was high, crashes were close, and I also had some bad luck with my chain dropping during the race. Even with that, I managed to finish 7th junior — a good result for my first time at this level and definitely something to build on 💪

A big thank you to my coach for all the training and preparation, and to my parents for getting me to the race and always supporting me through everything. It means a lot.

Really enjoyed racing in Cape Town — the energy, support, and atmosphere made the whole experience even more special. by @henko_cycling

Second time winning this race, this year as a first-year junior. Really happy to come away with the win.
