At 33, my skin looks better than ever. Here’s exactly what I changed and what I do🤲🏼

For years, I thought more products = better skin. In reality, I was overcomplicating everything and seeing minimal results.

I stopped following trends.

What I changed:
🤍I simplified everything (no more random layering of products and serums)
🤍I stayed consistent with what actually works

What I do now:
🤍 As few products as possible, used with intention
🤍”Barrier-first” approach
🤍Long-term correction over short-term results!!!!!!
