Finished up 4th at U.S. Nationals last weekend. Came into the finish in a group and @danlikesbikes took flight. Had a blast with the boys, and felt strong after a tough spring. Top 15 at World Championships🌎Looking back on a very challenging, but successful season. I was able to defend my national championship, and win the continental championship. It has taken a lot of work and time to get back into form, but it was well worth it. Patience is key🔓.Thank you #MudFund for all the support this season, and providing me with so many opportunities. Thank you @trinityracing_ for endless guidance and support. A very special thanks to @curtisjwhite for being right by my side the whole time through recovery. That one felt good. 🥇It’s been 19 weeks since I crashed in Italy. It’s been a long recovery, with 13 weeks of PT. Now I am starting to feel the fitness return, and it is rewarding. Next race is Pan-American Championships, a big goal of mine. Thank you to everyone around me for the support, and @trinityracing_ for always being there. Let’s keep working. by @henry__coote
