When a crow feels sick, it goes to an anthill—not to eat the ants, but to disturb them.

The crow shakes its body, fluffs up its feathers, spreads its wings, and stays still while the ants crawl all over it.

As they move through its feathers, the ants release formic acid, a natural chemical that helps eliminate bacteria, mites, and parasites hiding on the crow.

The crow knows exactly what it’s doing.

This behavior, called “anting,” is its natural way of healing itself.

Sometimes, the crow even picks up ants with its beak and rubs them onto its feathers as if they were medicine.

I’ve noticed something.

Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala studied at Harvard, ran Nigeria’s Ministry of Finance, now leads the WTO yet when she speaks, she is unapologetically Nigerian.
Same with Chimamanda Adichie. Global mind. Nigerian soul.

But watch some people who left Nigeria 6 months ago suddenly full foreign accent, complete rebrand, identity reset.

Here’s the hard truth nobody tells you:
No matter how much accent you acquire, that society will never fully accept you as one of them.

Authenticity is not a disadvantage.
It’s leverage.

Indians understood this early. They went global without deleting themselves, accent, culture, confidence intact. And today, they dominate boardrooms, tech, medicine, and politics worldwide.

Trying to sound “less Nigerian” doesn’t make you global.
It makes you forgettable.

The world rewards originals, not imitations.

Be excellent. Be global.
But be yourself first.

Nigeria needs to hear this. by @henry_will24

THE NEW TAX COMING UP JANUARY 2026
MY LITTLE UNDERSTANDING process..

Tax is not about money entering your account. Tax is about what that money actually is.

If you describe money wrongly, it may look like income, and you pay more tax.

If you describe it correctly, you only pay tax when required... and nothing extra.

Let me show you how you can use descriptions to minimise taxes legally

SIMPLE DESCRIPTIONS YOU CAN USE (LEGALLY)

1. Money that is NOT income (NO TAX)

Use these when the money is not payment for work or business.

SituationDescription to use:

1. When a Family member sends you money, they should write "Gift / Family support"

2. When a Friend pays you back your money, he or she should write:"Refund / Reimbursement"

3. When you move your own money to another account, write:"Personal transfer / Savings"

4. When someone lends you money, he or she should write: "Loan received"

5. If you put your own money into business, write: "Capital contribution"

These do not attract tax when they are true.

This should help... by @henry_will24
