#benmacdui is the second-highest mountain in #Scotland and the British Isles, standing at 1,309 metres (4,295 feet) above sea level in the Cairngorm range. This was another epic day on an epic #layover with an awesome captain to boot 🥾

There wasn’t really a plan but to go trail run up a #Munro or two.. I did a few today because Cairn Gorm counts too. Just happened to hit the second highest. The weather was epic! No whiteout issues or freezing levels at all. Pure quick #trail at times too.

So glad I did this trailrun as I feel the end of the 757s run here.

Rocky climbs. Waterfalls. Ridge lines. A little mud. Exactly what I was looking for. 🏃‍♂️⛰️

Exploring the yellow-blazed Lenape Trail through South Mountain Reservation, New Jersey — winding through the Watchung ridges, past Hemlock Falls and into some surprisingly wild terrain just outside NYC.

Sometimes the best trails are hiding right where you least expect them.

Occasionally you deal with major issues flying big airplanes, not on our part at least today. But when you’re airborne, you have to think fast and landing in #Boston today with the ATC meltdown in the NYC area was the safest option there was. Our company did it without flinching and in a calm and meaningful manner.

And just like that I was back in my Alma Mater #BU (Boston University) and near the finish line of a race (The #bostonmarathon ) I did on a #layover 😳..

So so much fun 🤩 today running around old haunts eating what was 1$ #pizzaslice , now 4$ and seeing a place that made me who I am today.

#Aloha hangover 🥺.. in a good way.

I got passed by 15 people in cars rushing by on highway 140 and managed to throw a Shaka 🤙 to every one them.. Go ahead and hurry up getting nowhere.

I’m up here for 6 days #HanSolo. Just me, the #lake ripples, wind through the trees, and the piercing cries of osprey falcons occasionally.

I haven’t been up here that way since 2017 when I came up during the winter to study for SkyWest airlines..

A way to catch up on reading, #run run well every day, maybe a few admin items , and read some more 📕

I had a moment this morning. I walked out onto the Saint Augustine grass near the ocean witnessing the sunrise and the waves and cried..

#Kauai is nothing but happy memories for me

The #aloha spirit is well and carries on in everything everyone does here. There’s a reason these hotels line the beaches.

I got up in the morning and purposely decided to enjoy the two cups of hotel room coffee listening to non native myna birds singing outside ignoring the plugged in life.. The hush sounds of waves hitting the eastern kauai shoreline peaking my interest to run.

My run today was beyond joyous and resetting, light #gardenisle drizzle hitting my face half of the way. It was like coming home..

#Hawaii has a special place in my heart ❤️ and always will.. I think I’ll stay #unplugged after this post taken in Kapaa, Hawaii by @henryhamptonpilot

I saw #picuurriellu or Naranjo De Bulnes flying back to Newark once.. it was a sheer thumb looking limestone tower! It seemed like Yosemite and thats exactly what is it to #spain .. what an amazing earthly thing to be able to run up to the base and back. So #epic today!

Picu Urriellu, or Naranjo de Bulnes is an iconic 2,519-meter limestone peak in the #picosdeeuropa National Park in Asturias, Spain, famous for its dramatic, sheer 500-meter west face that is a major challenge for climbers.
