ROOTED X HEOFON presents: BLEND
🗓️31/1 23-03

BLEND is coming to INKONST bringing a live performance where DJs and Musicians share the stage. In an era of polarized thinking, BLEND proves that a different approach creates sonic magic. A night celebrating the art of listening and responding. Studio-grade grooves meet raw improvisation. Here, carefully crafted electronic foundations interweave with spontaneous jazz expression, breaking false dichotomies between ’electronic’ and ’organic’ sound.

MOTSAMAI @moshebeskow
DJ VV @violalisbethmukiibi
MA-YO @marijamillr
HEOFON @heofoncollective
SLACKIN BEATS @slackinbeats

Join us as we dissolve boundaries and build bridges through rhythm!

(🇬🇧)
⚡️ Lulach ⚡️ has been obsessed with music ever since a near-religious fascination with The Beatles as a boy. Having picked up production at the age of 14 after discovering electronic musics such as House and Techno, he has since then made Dj’ing at parties a central component in his repertoire as a music-admirer. Detroit Techno made a huge impact on Lulach, where melody and emotion play a huge role. This being said, there is still room for the guitar music that he first came in contact with as a boy, and the hometown Glasgow Postcard-influenced sound that he still cherises so much.

🎈Mandus Berg 🎈 is an artist described as a little mixture of city rain, peanut butter and chorus effects stirred in a tiny glass jar with a few pink bubble gums sprinkled on top. ”Balloon Pop”, coined by fellow musician and dear friend What The Tusan, might accurately describe the sounds coming out of this Gothenburg artist! ✨
