As the founder of HerRoots Collective, I’m learning that purpose requires patience, leadership requires listening, and growth requires the courage to reset when necessary.I’m building with intention, leading with heart, and trusting God to guide every step of this journey. My goal is not just to create an organization, but to build a legacy that empowers women, nurtures potential, and reminds every girl that her roots are her strength.🍀 by @her_roots01

Before I lead I need to listen …Growing up I learnt that I need to learn before I lead, I listen Before I speak, understand And before I act, I learn…Before we lead we listen , and before we change lives we understand them …A true leader listens before she leads 🙏. by @her_roots01
