Meet one of the exhibitors of Amsterdam Tea Festival 2027: Her Belle Tease. 🌿🫖 @herbelletease is a herbal tea brand founded by artist and tea maker Samm Lewis, exploring plants not only as ingredients, but as sources of knowledge, colour, material, food, tradition and inspiration. The brand brings together herbal tea, art, clothing and storytelling, with blends made from plants traditionally used across Europe and Asia. The idea is to look a little deeper at what is actually inside the cup — where these plants come from, how people have worked with them over time, and what we may still be able to learn from them today. And this is exactly what makes Her Belle Tease interesting: tea is only the starting point. Samm creates the blends herself, but the ingredients also move into artwork, clothing and workshops. Plants become part of a much wider conversation around folk knowledge, modern research, creativity, wellbeing, natural dyes, materials and our relationship with the environment. At the festival, you’ll be able to taste the blends, discover the visual world behind the brand and talk directly with Samm about the plants she works with, the ideas behind each recipe and why plant knowledge can be so much bigger than simply knowing what tastes good. Her Belle Tease sits somewhere between science, tradition, experimentation and curiosity — without needing everything to fit neatly into one category. So if you’re curious about herbal tea, plants, art, materials or simply want to discover something different, make sure to stop by their table. We’re very happy to welcome Her Belle Tease to Amsterdam Tea Festival 2027. 🌱 📍 30 January 2027 📍 Kromhouthal, Amsterdam 🕙 10:00–19:00 See you on the tea journey. 🍵✨ by @herbelletease
Thank you for everyone who braved the rain and walking distance to join us for some tea! It was cute to know to take a kettle and cups this time. Its funny for me that the list of things ive put in a rucksack and walked in heels across a city with is growing once again! We had a kettle station, a lot of cups and 4 of us brought teas to try! We spoke about emotions and tea and grief and just general chitchattyness. Its also cute to be hosting a tea event in a library, especially given how prominent libraries and books are in Samm's life... Thank you @drinkroottea for starting the initiative of tea drinking together in a very relaxed casual way! Stay tuned for the next events! Much love everyone ❤️❤️❤️ Ps the card at the end randomly showed up in my car. Like couldn't have been where it was found but it was. Thanks 😊 ❤️ by @herbelletease
We have a busy few weeks ahead of us and we'd love to see you there!! This time Sunday 25th of October we will be with House of Wonder sharing teas and there's art. Maybe its even a new art gallery... Maybe its a journey to support the grids... Maybe its new connections... With love ❤️ by @herbelletease
MON CHÉRI LUNE: A LOVE LETTER TO YOUR INNER TIDES What does an ammonite fossil have to do with your bladder? More than you might think. An ammonite is a fossilised record of an ancient ocean, a spiral shell made of chambers, carried through water millions of years ago. Your bladder is also a chamber. It receives water. It holds. It signals. And eventually, it lets go. And then there is the Moon. For millennia, humans have looked to the Moon to understand cycles, tides, water and change. The same planet that moves the oceans above us is reflected in the rhythms of the water within us. Ocean. Moon. Plant. Body. Different scales of the same living story. That is the thinking behind Mon Chéri Lune. This isn't a tea designed to make promises about your body that a tea cannot responsibly make. It's something more intimate: a botanical invitation to pay attention. To warmth. To hydration. To your body's signals. To the difference between holding and releasing. To the quiet intelligence of your own rhythms. The ammonite became our symbol because it reminds us that the body isn't separate from nature. We are still water. Still minerals. Still biology. Still part of an ancient planetary story. So make yourself a cup. Let the water move through the leaves and flowers. Hold the warm cup between your hands. And for a few minutes, stop asking your body to perform. Just listen. Mon Chéri Lune A love letter to the body's inner waters. Available from Her Belle Tease. Link in bio. Drink plants. Read your body. Stay curious. #HerBelleTease #MonCheriLune #FunctionalTea #HerbalTea #BotanicalTea TeaRitual PlantKnowledge Ammonite MoonCycles InnerTides SlowWellness TeaAsArt BotanicalWellness by @herbelletease

Her Belle Tease as a brand helps you to become yourself. How? Bringing you into a state of ease from the plants in the teas working gently with your tongue, stomach and blood... For Her Belle Tease, I’d think about it as two parallel pathways: Neurosensory pathway: taste + smell + memory + expectation → brain/nervous system Biochemical pathway: swallowing → digestion/absorption → blood → tissues/organs → metabolism/excretion #herbelletease #herbaltea #effectsonbody #herbalism #body by @herbelletease

Thank you so much @sannapoyhonen_art for inviting me to the Waterbearers sculpture unveiling party with @by.immu to share some teas and share some words and meet next level soul recognising women. Meeting women with such gifts of ways of seeing and being, profound medicine women, translating animals wishes to global actions to shore up grid lines, artists who tap into deep religious history through channelling, singers pacifying demons daily, women who help shape new identities through the process of shedding emotions caught in hair, mothers learning slower paces to experience dna resonance of children on cns, blacksmiths knowing strength and softness, therapists who can heal generations of pain explaining gut reactions are not from now. Iykyk. We see you. It was really nice to stand and allow words to flow. From the medicinal uses of the plants sharing how I see the energy of the plants and the organs and the emotions and the seasons flow together. How i see sacred geometry as a portal to the unseen that allows us to meet the spirits of plants. To share about taxidermy and quantum entanglement and soul retrievals for cremated loved ones scattered across the earth and the dna resonance felt. Concrete in rivers is the earth version of humans arterial plaque. Yeah Her Belle Tease isn't just tea, its a deep portal of conversation and utilisation of a deeper knowing that somehow sets out the unseen in a very practical way into the seen to be settled. When @samm_lewis's soul role is to activate and practically apply spirituality to be light to identify & transform, a tea brand becomes a soul lead movement. So which level do you need? Thank you Sanna for pointing out how the blends were made on the full moon, the water was drawn from a holy well, and shared to a of women who heal and nourish people and the planet. And once again rainbows shine over Her Belle Tease... Its fun applying deep spiritual technologies in the 3d and so many more understanding it. Much love and thank you for the deep knowing and space to grow. #herbaltea #herbelletease #waterbearers #healingwomen #quantumfield by @herbelletease
