First longer run since OCC. 12 miles with 1780 feet of vert, roughly the average incline of Kodiak 100k - which is next. Did a good deed (found sunglasses and returned them to the owner) and also fell hard . Ying and Yang #ultrarunning #running #freetrail by @herbertkrabel

A tough day in the office but I persisted and still finished 10th in my age group. Barfed hard a couple times on the second big climb and then had no more legs. Soldiered on understanding that this is a big privilege. In the end I managed 39 miles with 11,200 feet of vert in 12:49. 😳Onwards to Kodiak 100k in 6 weeks. #running #ultrarunning #freetrail by @herbertkrabel
