When I tell people about my love for running, I can’t help but mention what it does for my mental state. Feelings of determination fill my mind as I go through a tour of my city
The places running has taken me are incredible, but the people I run beside truly shine. What running has done for my life is truly amazing. 🥹

Rock ‘n’ Roll Half marathon

Eternally grateful to the people that push me to be better, run farther and set my sights higher 🤩

I would feel fake if I didn’t talk about my full experience running RnR. My day started with a nasty stomach flu and vomiting but I decided to push through and run a race I had been training months for. I pushed through till mile 10 where I begin puking my guts out. I made it to the finish line to end with a time 30 minutes over my goal time. I was exhausted, nauseous, dizzy and overall wiped out. My friends took me to the med tent where the docs looked after me for a bit.
Overall very mixed feelings about this one. I wish I had been feeling better before the race. I wish I hadn’t taken a shot at mile 8 😅
I am happy that I was able to push my body to the absolute limit. They say the mind gives up before the body does, and how true is that. My mind kept screaming, “DONT FUCKING STOP”
Let’s chalk this one up as a dub and run it back next time 💯💪🏽 taken in Las Vegas, Nevada by @herbsters

2025 was a SUCCESS!!
I’m so incredibly grateful for all the people that added to the mosaic of memories that I store in my heart.
