🎉 Milestone Celebration! 🎉
I’m beyond grateful to share that I’ve passed the 100 homes sold mark! A few years ago, I hit $50M in sales volume and was honored with the Centurion Helmet for that achievement. $100M in sales is the next big goal💯

Helping so many families find their dream homes has been the most rewarding part of this journey. Thank you to everyone who trusted me to be part of your story. Here’s to many more milestones ahead! 🏡✨

Taking it one step at a time with each deal✨

Love working with clients who trust me and creating a strong bond/ friendship with them too! 🙌🏾

A lot of negotiating was had to make sure we reached a price my buyers were comfortable with. I’m glad we closed 5.5% under asking as this set them up to close with equity!

There were many ups and downs in 2022, but we made it out unscathed (for the most part) 😅

Many memories are formed in the comfort of your home. It makes a big difference when you find the right one for yourself and generations to come. It is always a special moment to help clients find their dream homes! Very thankful for the opportunity to provide insights and expertise to buyers and sellers to make well informed decisions for their beautiful families 🏡 ❤

Cheers to 2023🥂 🎉

A little late on this post😅. Please enjoy these photos of the wonderful homes I sold in the Summer ☀️. From Melrose to Bridgwater and from Salem to Tewksbury; can’t forget Somerville!

The market has slowed down. Prices have dropped, properties are sitting and a handful are returning to the market. Rates are a big factor in all of this. It’s a great time for buyers to get a deal then refinance later for a better rate. You can negotiate a lot more than 2020/2021.

Message me to strategize a plan for winning in this market!🙌🏾

📸 New head shot 😄

Helping people buy homes with confidence 🏡

Buyers are at an advantage nowadays and I love it! There are more price drops, properties sitting on the market longer and properties returning to the market. There are deals out there, you just have to look 👀
