POSTS STORIES REELS

I honestly debated whether I wanted to talk about this because it’s not exactly the most impressive part of my journey.💀

But that’s kind of the entire point of my page.

I’m not here to pretend I’ve figured everything out.

I started this account on April 16th, spent the next few months learning and building, and then took basically the entire month of June off.

And when I came back, I could feel the difference.

My reach wasn’t what it had been.

Some of my reels were getting barely any views.

I lost followers.

And it was really easy to sit there and think:

“Well, I guess Instagram killed my account.”

But if I’m being completely honest?

I did.

I stopped showing up.

I stopped creating.

I stopped talking to my audience.

I basically took all the momentum I had spent months building and put it on pause.

And I’m not saying this to scare anyone away from taking a break.

Sometimes you genuinely need one.

But for me, I learned that there’s a difference between taking care of yourself and completely abandoning something you’re trying to build.

And I’m choosing accountability over excuses.

I did it.

I can fix it.

So that’s what I’m doing.

I’m back to posting, learning, testing, and figuring this thing out in real time.

And if you’re new here, you’re basically watching me rebuild the account I almost killed HAHA.

Honestly?

I’m kind of curious to see what happens & that’s why I’m documenting it. by @herdigitalchapterr

I’d be lying if I said I haven’t wondered if I’m wasting my time.

I haven’t made a sale yet.

And when you’re putting so much time into something, it’s really easy to look at that and think, “Okay… so is this even working?”

But then I look at the people who have found me along the way.

The women who tell me they relate to what I’m sharing.

The people who encourage me to keep going and literally pray that the sales come.

The conversations I’ve had that remind me there are real people on the other side of these posts.

And then there’s my favorite idol, who has not only supported my content but has actually talked to me 1:1 and reminded me that this is possible for me.

How could I not keep going?

Maybe the sales haven’t come yet.

But I’m building something.

I’m building trust.

I’m building a community.

I’m learning what works.

I’m becoming better at this every week.

And honestly, I’d rather have a small community of people who genuinely connect with what I’m doing than a huge audience that doesn’t care.

So if you’re also building something and wondering if you should keep going because the results aren’t here yet...
keep going.

You never know who is watching, who you’re encouraging, or how close you actually are to the thing you’ve been working toward.🤍 by @herdigitalchapterr

A few weeks ago, I can tell you that I almost talked myself out of starting.

I kept thinking:
“What if I fail?”
“What if nobody cares?”
“What if I’m too late?”

But instead of waiting until I felt “ready,” I just started anyway. 🤍

Since joining DWA, I’ve learned more than I expected — not just about digital marketing, but about consistency, confidence, and believing in myself again.

Watching this account grow has been proof that small daily actions really do add up. & honestly… this is only the beginning.

If you’ve been silently watching, wondering if you could do this too — this is your sign to stop overthinking and start learning. ✨

Your life can look completely different a few months from now if you decide to begin today.

Maybe you feel it too.
That feeling that you’re ready for something to change.
Not because your life is terrible.
Not because you hate everything about where you are.
But because deep down, you know you’ve outgrown certain habits, routines, mindsets, and even the version of yourself you’ve been comfortable staying as.
And honestly?
I’m ready for a new chapter.
I want to be more disciplined.
More intentional.
More confident.
More financially secure.
More present.
More willing to take chances on myself.
I don’t want to look back a year from now and realize I spent another year thinking about changing my life instead of actually changing it.
So I’m starting where I am.
I’m figuring things out as I go.
I’m building something of my own.
I’m learning to trust myself.
And I’m becoming the version of me I’ve been talking about for way too long.
This is my new chapter.
And maybe yours is starting too. 🤍 by @herdigitalchapterr

Sometimes I don’t need another strategy.
I need someone to remind me that I’m not crazy for wanting something different.
Because building something on the side can feel really isolating.
Especially when everyone else around you is just living their normal routine and you’re over here thinking about content, sales, followers, funnels, digital products, and whether that post you spent an hour on is going to get 72 views. 😂
And then you still have to wake up and go to work the next morning.
There are days where I genuinely wonder:
“Is this actually going to work for me?”
But I think that’s part of building something before there’s proof that it will work.
You’re believing in something before you have the results to validate the belief.
So if you’re in that weird middle right now...
Still working your regular job.
Still figuring things out.
Still not where you want to be.
Still trying anyway.
You’re not the only one.
We’re figuring it out as we go. And honestly, I think that’s the whole point of this chapter. :) by @herdigitalchapterr

When I first started digital marketing, I already felt like I had invested enough money into it.
I couldn’t logically justify spending even MORE money on digital marketing until it actually made me something back.
So if I had to start over today, these are the only three free tools I’d download first:
Canva — for creating carousels, PDFs, graphics, and content that actually stops the scroll.
ManyChat — for automatically sending links and freebies to people who comment on your posts, so you don’t have to manually message everyone.
Systeme.io — for building my landing pages, funnels, emails, and digital-product sales system without paying for a bunch of different platforms.
You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars before you make your first sale.
You need tools that help you create, stay organized, and stay consistent.
Because this chapter isn’t about having the fanciest setup.
It’s about showing up with what you have, learning as you go, and building something that fits into your life — even if you’re working a full-time job.
What free tool has saved you the most time? Let me know below. 💜 by @herdigitalchapterr

When I first started digital marketing, I felt like I had already spent enough money just trying to figure out what I was doing.
So now I’m very much in my “can I do this for free first?” era 😂
Here are the free tools I actually recommend:
Canva — carousels, graphics, PDFs, lead magnets, content… basically everything.
ManyChat — automating DMs when people comment, sending freebies, links, etc.
Systeme.io — landing pages, funnels, emails, and selling digital products without paying for a million different platforms.
Pexels — free photos and videos for faceless content and B-roll.
Google Docs — for organizing hooks, captions, content ideas, notes, and everything else I would otherwise lose in my camera roll 😂
You genuinely don’t need a complicated setup to start.
Start with what you have. Learn the tools. Add things when you actually need them.
Save this for the next time you’re tempted to buy another subscription just because someone on Instagram told you that you need it.
And if you’re figuring out digital marketing while working a full-time job too, follow along — I’m sharing what I’m actually learning as I build this. 🤍🙂‍↕️ by @herdigitalchapterr

I used to think making money online meant I had to:
❌ show my face
❌ post my entire life
❌ build a huge audience
❌ create my own product from scratch
❌ cold DM people all day
❌ become one of those accounts constantly telling you how much money they’re making
And honestly?
That was enough to make me not want to do it at all.
I wanted another source of income.
I didn’t want to turn my entire personal life into content to get there.
So I’ve been taking a much simpler approach:
One digital product.
One system.
Content that brings people to me.
And learning how to actually convert that attention into sales.
I’m not trying to build a million-dollar empire overnight.
I’m trying to build an additional income stream that gives me more options while I’m still working my regular job.
And that’s my opinion:
You don’t need to make your online business more complicated just because someone else makes theirs look complicated.
You don’t need to do everything.
You need to find an approach that actually fits your life — and then get really good at that.
That’s what I’m figuring out right now.🙂‍↕️🤎 by @herdigitalchapterr

And then I remember:
I cannot let a negative mindset make decisions for me.
Being frustrated doesn’t mean I’m failing.
Being tired doesn’t mean I’m done.
Having a slow season doesn’t mean it’s never going to work.
Sometimes you’re just overwhelmed, discouraged, and desperate to see some kind of proof that all of this effort is actually worth it.
And I’ve learned that those are the exact moments when I have to be careful about what I tell myself.
Because if I keep repeating:
It’s not working.
I’m behind.
Maybe I’m not capable of this.
What’s the point?
Eventually, I’ll start believing it.
So yes, I can have the bad day.
I can be frustrated.
I can complain.
I can step away for a minute.
But the negative mindset cannot stay.
Because I’m not going to let one bad week, one slow month, or a number on a screen convince me that my future isn’t possible.
Reset. Reassess. Keep going.
You don’t have to feel motivated every day.
You just can’t let the worst version of your thoughts become the voice making your decisions. by @herdigitalchapterr

Save this for the days when you start questioning whether any of this is actually worth it.
Because sometimes the hardest part isn’t learning what to do.
It’s continuing to do it when the results aren’t showing up yet.
You can be tired.
You can be frustrated.
You can have a bad week.
You just don’t have to decide that means you’re done.
Keep building. Your current numbers aren’t the final chapter. by @herdigitalchapterr

Not every post is going to hit. And lately, I’ve had A LOT of posts that really haven’t.
Last month I gained 30 followers in about two weeks, and lately that growth has slowed down pretty significantly.
I’ve also had posts that barely break 100 views, which is wild when I’ve had other posts reach hundreds or even 1K+.
But I’m actually glad I’m paying attention to it instead of just blindly posting.
Because the goal isn’t to make every post a winner.
It’s to figure out what the winners have in common, what the flops don’t have, and keep testing from there.
I’m not throwing out everything I’ve been doing because of a few slow weeks.
I’m going back to the content that has already shown me it can work and making more of that.
The flops are data too. by @herdigitalchapterr
