For those who have been following me or have just stumbled across this page, I'd like to explain the intention behind the title of my page, which is also then name of my coaching business.

Choosing a name for your business is not always easy. In my case, I have a rather unusual first and last name abroad which doesn’t tell much to people outside of my country of origin, Hungary. So, I wanted to avoid using that, but more importantly it was important to me to pick a name that reflected what I live by. I was searching inside of me for a tagline which represented what I truly believe in. And during my regular evening run in the forest that time, the name finally came to me rather easily at the end: Here & Now Coaching.

So much has shifted inside when I understood this: life is happening in the here and now. Of course, where else? Easy. Yet how many hours do we spend wondering about what happened in our past and pondering about the future a day?

There is no other moment, then this… and then this… and the this… and then this… now.

And this very moment, this now, is the perfect teacher always. We can spend years digging out our past, but eventually we can only alter our state in the now.

I also spent a great deal of time trying to understand my past.

After years of looking backwards, there came a time when I realized: Oh well, there is nothing I can change about this. But I can start creating something different right now. I started to take full ownership, full responsibility for all my choices. And I mean all of it. Because every decision I have ever made has shaped my life as I experience it now. The same applies going forward, and that is the truth.

Because we choose – consciously and unconsciously – but we always choose something. And whether I like it or not, anything that have ever happened to me as an adult was a choice.

I want everyone I cross paths with to know that every second of your life is precious. You have the intelligence to decide how to use it in the most beneficial way for yourself and others.

Your life is here and now. And from the here and now you can create anew. The trajectory of your life can always be altered. I walk with you. by @here_now_coaching

Last night, I delivered another deeply personalized Human Design & Gene Keys assessment to an incredible woman — an entrepreneur, speaker, storyteller, and mentor with a very powerful life journey.

75 pages of pure GOLD.

A blueprint she can return to for the rest of her life.

Creating these reports brings me immense joy. It’s hard work, not a quick process — each one takes me around 40 hours to carefully study, reflect on, and write.

I take this work seriously, because I believe every entrepreneur deserves to know their personal energetic blueprint — their message, their voice, their unique way of working. The one size fits all approach was a lie and more and more people are waking up to it.

I’ve studied this system deeply, and I’m committed to making it applicable, grounded, and empowering for real people with real visions.

Human Design gives us a personal map. 🗺️

When you see your own design, something clicks.
And when they take the time to study that map… your whole life shifts.
Not temporarily.
But forever, and for good.
Like a compass realigning to true north, everything begins to make sense again.

These sentences from my client confirm what I felt in my bones the first time I met this system:

“I saw a whole new side of myself. There’s no getting away from my talents and skills — I’m meant to fulfill my soul purpose.”

A DECADE OF INNER WORK, ONE POWERFUL CERTIFICATION ♥️

Today, I’m incredibly proud to share that I am now officially certified as a Human Design Coach.

This isn’t just the result of the past 12 months of dedicated study and training — it’s the culmination of over 10 years of conscious and dedicated inner work.

During my therapy session this morning, I found myself overwhelmed with emotion as I reflected on this journey. The difference in how it feels to be me today compared to 10 years ago is indescribable.

Through thousands of hours spent in therapy, on the yoga mat, in meditation retreats, coaching containers, psychodrama session, somatic movement retreats, and deep transformational trainings — I slowly, lovingly reclaimed myself and found a new purposeful path.

Each step, each modality, each breakdown and breakthrough…. each and every teacher, therapist, coach, guide, played its part and contributed to this. But it was Human Design and the Gene Keys that finally gave me the language and the tools to understand my deepest shadows, the gifts they contain and honor my unique essence that wants to be expressed and find meaning in this short time on Earth — and now, I am more than ready to guide others in doing the same. For this, I am most grateful for Julie Ciardi who had so much faith in me since 2022.

This latest coach certification is more than a title.

It’s a reflection of the trust I’ve rebuilt within myself and the purpose I now feel with every fiber of my being. I’m here to serve, support, and illuminate the path for others through this powerful work.

I’ve invested deeply in myself — emotionally, financially, and with countless hours of my time and energy.

Growth like this doesn’t happen by chance.

It takes devotion.
It takes courage.
It takes choosing yourself again and again — especially when it’s hard, especially when no one else can do it for you.

There is no shortcut.
Transformation demands commitment.
And I gave it everything.

I started to come to an office 4 weeks ago after over 5 years working from home, and it is honestly one of the best things I could have done for my mental health (amongst other things I am already doing daily).

It means waking up before 5 am to do my yoga practise and arrive to the city by 7 before the traffic jams start but regardless, it is so good to dress up, put some make up on and focus on a few important actions I want to do before meetings and all the business of the day. Bending time…. 🧠🔥

January always feels like the longest month of the year.

Honestly, for me, it has brought up soo much at soooo many levels that I have enough to contemplate on for the rest of the year...!

What a hell of an initiation! 🧚‍♀️

In Human Design - a system I have been learning about since September last year more deeply from @julieciardi at @herworkbydesign - I am a 1/3 Manifesting Generator. Very simply put, I am someone who learns mainly through experiences, trial and error, success and failure. I love to dive deep into books and find answers but LIFE is my biggest teacher through experiences that I gain though going out to the world, and via encounters with people. I gained so much clarity and wisdom about my shadows and gifts via these system that is unlike any other framework I have ever encountered on my 10+ years of self-development journey. I am gradually introducing some of these teachings in my coaching programs as I learn.

Well this month all these experiences were my teachers, not in any particular order:

💚 I travelled to Copenhagen for an important business meeting with the new department head and my team. Only when I arrived to Denmark did I find out that I left the apartment keys inside the entrance while leaving through the garage = meaning, I locked my partner out, and my cat inside the apartment for 2 days. I had dinner with my friends in the city, and decided to buy the first ticket back home. While it was super embarrassing towards my company, it taught me where my priorities and values stand.

💚 We found super cheap tickets and travelled to Madeira one more time. The whole trip went incredible, everything was so easy and in a flow. Sun, the sea and the indescribable nature of the island has stolen my heart one more time. It taught me that my natural and in-balance state is light, grounded and in flow.

💚 I had a meeting with a group who I meet once a month to talk about anything and everything around sexuality. I just love to sit in groups where you can talk about topics that are taboo or rarely spoken about even amongst friends.
