Yesterday, we had 5 couriers head across the border into beautiful Mid Wales for the Elan Valley 10 Mile Road Race! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Organised by Rhayader Running Club, this spectacular race takes runners on a scenic 10 mile loop through the heart of the Elan Valley, surrounded by breathtaking reservoirs, rolling hills and stunning autumn countryside. 🍁 But don’t let those beautiful views fool you! With plenty of undulations, challenging climbs and some welcome downhill sections, this certainly isn’t your average flat 10 miler! 😅 A tough but incredibly rewarding course, proving that sometimes the races with the biggest hills come with the best views and the cutest medal too! 🥰🐑 🏁 THE RESULTS 🐑Brandon Adams 1:06:33 🐑Georgina Whitaker 1:17:24 🥇FV45 🐑Kerry Wyatt 1:45:26 🐑Martin Carter 1:11:48 Course PB 🐑Michelle Bowley 1:23:36 🐑Talf Carter 1:03:58 4th overall & 🥇SM A massive well done to you all especially on this challenging course! 👏🏻 A big thank you to Rhayader Running Club, the marshals and all the volunteers for putting on another fantastic event! 🧡 by @herefordcouriers
THIS IS HALLOWEEN! 👻🎃 We had a spooktacular morning at our @queenswoodcountryparkparkrun takeover! 👻 A HUGE thank you to our very own Rachel Smith, who was today’s Run Director, and to all our fangtastic volunteers! 🧡🧡 And the fun didn’t stop there! Some of our volunteers rounded off the morning with a post-volunteering 5K, still rocking their boo-tiful fancy dress! 🧛🏻‍♀️🧟‍♀️🧙🏽‍♂️ Thanks for a wicked morning! 🎃 by @herefordcouriers
We kicked off the Halloween celebrations a little early with a trip to the @_rogueruns Severn Bridge 5 Night Race! 🌙 A race with a difference, taking runners across the pedestrian accessways of the iconic ‘old’ Severn Bridge under the cover of darkness! 🌉 Usually an officially measured 5 mile course, the route was shortened to 4.5 miles due to tankers needing access to the tunnel. With an entirely tarmac route, no chance of getting lost and plenty of Halloween-themed fancy dress, it was certainly a unique way to spend an evening! 🎃 Three of our Couriers embraced the spooky atmosphere and crossed the finish line with some spooktacular times! 👻 🌙Faye Churchill 43:12 🌙Hollie Francis 42:42 🌙Lisa Daley 43:12 A massive well done, ladies! 🧡 Who says racing is just for daylight hours?! 🌒 by @herefordcouriers

We’ve still got race reports from Sunday coming in! 😍 This time it was little bit of Gloucestershire running for a few of our female members over at the RaceNation Events Stroud Half Marathon. 🏁 Known for its scenic route, rolling roads and fantastic atmosphere, Stroud is certainly a popular autumn half marathon, although those sneaky inclines make sure it’s not all plain sailing! 😜 We had 3️⃣ club ladies take on the course with one picking up a shiny new PB 🏆 🏅Abi Knight 01:37:11 🏅Avril Seftel 02:11:59 🏅Joanna Eddy 01:32:09 🥈FV50 Great results right there 🙌🏼 Special mention to Abi who picked up a new PB and is looking super strong towards the finish 🤩 If you’re on the lookout for an autumn half marathon next year, this one is definitely worth adding to your race calendar! 📅 by @herefordcouriers
We do love to be beside the seaside! 🌊 A trip to the beautiful Welsh coast for Rachelle Prothero and our resident Pembrokeshire runner, Ben Skinner, who took on the Tenby 10k for Paul Sartori last Sunday! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Thankfully, they managed to escape the torrential rain from the day before and were treated to much better conditions for race day! 😎 The scenic route took runners around the picturesque streets of Tenby, with a few hills thrown in for good measure, and they had to tackle them twice! 😆 Two great performances with Ben crossing the line in 40:01 & Rachelle in 01:03:56 🏅🏅 There’s certainly worse places to be racing 😍 Well done, both! 👏🏻 by @herefordcouriers
