If you’re new here, or if you’ve only seen the hype mom reels & the morning routines. I want to show you the foundation.

My 20s weren’t a season of finding myself (even though I did do ALOT of partying). They were a decade of high stakes survival. From losing my mom at 18 to navigating a rare disease diagnosis and open heart surgery for my son, all while saying goodbye to my father I didn’t just learn how to get by.

I learned how to build.

I learned that when the pillars of your life fall, you have two choices….stay in the chaos or become something new. It’s taken 12 years of practice for me to become the something new.

I’m unlearning the old survival patterns, returning to the somatic practices that saved me, & finally leaning into the natural highs of life that I’ve realized I’ve always been addicted to.

But this time I’m not doing it alone.

I am cofounding HerAlignedLife a curated Mastermind for the woman who knows she was meant for more than just managing the chaos.

A Mastermind is a facilitated, peer based group where we solve problems & design a life of alignment.

If you’ve stuck around this long, I can’t wait to share this next chapter with you.

The baseline is set. Let’s go ✨🤍🌊

Be picky about the women you surround yourself with.

The right room changes everything.

Not because the women in it are perfect, but because they’re committed to growth. They celebrate your wins without competition, hold space for your challenges without judgment, and remind you who you are when you’ve forgotten.

So many women are carrying the weight of motherhood, business, relationships, and personal growth alone.

Her Aligned Life Dinner was created to change that.

This isn’t another networking event where you exchange business cards and never talk again. It’s an intimate evening of real connection, meaningful conversation, and personal growth with women who are intentionally building lives they love.

If you’ve been craving deeper friendships, inspiring conversations, and a community of women who genuinely want to see you succeed, we’d love to have you at our table.

✨ Intentional conversation + personal growth
✨ Connection with like-minded women
✨ A beautiful evening to pour back into yourself

Your next level might be one conversation away.

Comment “DINNER” and I’ll send you the details. 🤍

Accountability is hot✨🌊🤍

🔗Link in my bio for all things living your best life vibes.

Hi, I’m Liza. I am a 34 year old wife to an entrepreneur and a mother to three boys. My world has been colored by the uncomfortable stuff. Navigating the rare path of Williams Syndrome with my son, and surviving a legacy of loss that started when I was 18.I lost my mother at Burning Man while simultaneously battling my father’s rare cancer diagnosis. Four months after my son’s 10 hour open heart surgery, my dad’s 12 year battle ended, and I said goodbye to the man who taught me how to fight.I’ve been in the trenches of survival mode for most of my life. But it wasn’t until my third baby that I realized we’ve been conditioned to believe that struggle is the destination of motherhood.
I’m here to rewrite that script. I am on a mission to remind women that Whole Health isn’t just a green juice or a workout it’s a constant vibe check on your mind, body, and soul. I’m here to help you return to yourself.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that getting healthy has to be expensive, complicated, & miserable.

Realllll talk It doesn’t. When I was navigating my dad’s cancer battle & my son’s open heart surgery, I didn’t have the capacity for a 12 step wellness routine. I had to focus on the foundations that actually move the needle without draining my bank account or my time.

With over 12 years experience in this space and trying everything guys like seriously if you have questions about it I’ve done it & tried it I am your crunchy girl. If I was starting from absolute scratch today, these are the exact 5 low lift habits I would anchor into my routine first. They are simple, they are low-cost, and they work

Don’t get so caught up in perfectionism that you forget life is all about the basics baby 🤍✨🌊

Which one are you starting with tomorrow? Sound off in the comments! 👇

Peter has Williams Syndrome which comes with major sensory food aversions. He has a very strict list of “Peter Foods” which meant taking him across the world wasn’t as simple as just popping into a local restaurant. 🙃

Was it extra work? Yes. Was it stressful? Sometimes. But we refuse to let a diagnosis dictate the boundaries of our lives. We don’t shrink the dream we just come up with a plan.

Here is exactly how we made a trip across London, Berlin, and Barcelona with “Peter Food” in tow:
• The Snack Suitcase: We dedicated one entire suitcase solely to his safe snacks. To keep from being weighed down, the rest of us packed super light using foldable bags and backpacks.
• The Yeti Hack: We used our absolute favorite Yeti backpack cooler, packed to the brim, to keep his favorite yogurt cold on long travel days.
• The Stanford Letterhead : We had Peter’s specialist at Stanford write an official medical note for customs so we could navigate international security with a food cooler.
• Strategic First Stop: We intentionally flew into London first because I researched ahead of time and knew I could stock up on his exact favorite yogurt brand (@fage) there.
• Lodging Logistics: We exclusively booked Airbnbs or requested hotel rooms with mini fridges added to the room before our arrival.
• Patience Planning: We built an extra 1–2 hours of buffer time into our airport schedules at every country just to seamlessly get through customs with his food without the stress.
Seeing our guy wear his smile across Europe & live his absolute best life made every single ounce of planning 100% worth it. We even got to catch the @SpecialOlympics World Games in Berlin making the stop in Germany extra amazing. 🥹

Realllll talk …If we can do it you can too. Don’t let the fear of a limited diet or a diagnosis keep your family from seeing the world. 🌊🤍✨

Losing your parents at a young age forces a level of self reflection that most people don’t have to face until much later.

It’s a heavy weight, but it’s also an amazing lens. When you lose them young, you lose the ability to blame them for the parts of your life that aren’t going to plan. You lose the “if only they had done” excuse.

You’re forced to look in the mirror and realize that while they gave you your original patterns, it’s YOUR job to build the healthy ones.

People often call me strong but I chose to see the light.

My dad always told me I could do anything I put my mind to.

So I’m putting my mind to this. Choosing to be good in the face of the uncomfortable stuff. Choosing expansion over survival. Choosing to honor my parents who taught me how to fight by building a life that feels like winning. 🌊🤍

We aren’t defined by what was taken from us. We are defined by what we choose to build with the pieces left behind.

What is a limiting belief you’ve inherited that you are ready to rewrite?

Let’s normalize girls’ dinners where we

unpack limiting beliefs.
Share our healing journeys.
Celebrate our wins.
Dream bigger than we ever thought possible.
Tap into our feminine energy.
And remind each other that the life we’re calling in is already on its way.

Because sometimes the most powerful thing a woman can experience is sitting at a table full of other women who see her potential before she sees it herself.

This is the kind of community we’re building.

✨ Women supporting women through real, honest conversations.
✨ Deeper connections rooted in authenticity and vulnerability.
✨ A space where we can share what we’re truly going through, not just the highlight reel.
✨ Growth without competition.
✨ Expansion without apology.
✨ A space to become the next version of yourself.

Who’s ready for more conversations like this? Comment “Dinner” for more details on our next dinner ✨💫
