I GET to do this.🥹
It was my honor to direct @solomonsmood. I am grateful to the Lord for hand picking me to lead this ship. I will never forget the trust and support @tryphena_wade placed in me. Friend, it was truly an honor to work with you side by side. Thank you for making the space for me to lead and not “paint by numbers”. You were diligent, thorough, generous, kind, and above all, teachable.

@olugbenga_o I would only be so lucky to get to work with you again. You are a trailblazer. Nobody can do what you do, how you do it. Your optimism is needed in this business, hold on to it. I appreciate your ability to stay calm in the most stressful of situations. Thank you. I look forward to our next project together.♥️🙏🏾

@jshanise Thank you for holding down the fort in its entirety. You set the tone for ease and flow and it was the wind I’m our sails. I appreciate the grace you showed consistently and your remarkable ability to not take things personally. We need you in the business. I am so excited to work with you again. To the next one 🥂 taken in Los Angeles, California by @hereliestheredbird

I was clinically diagnosed with Compulsive Sexual Behavior Disorder (recognized by the WHO's ICD-11). In my case, that looked like what's often called "fantasy addiction" — I couldn't experience real intimacy without escaping into fantasy. If any of this resonates with you, you're not alone — and help is available.

Trauma, addiction, anxiety, and every other untreated interference that can develop into an enemy of the soul: is nuanced to the individual.

Please don’t IGNORE your interference of peace because it “doesn’t seem as bad” as the next person. Your individual experience holds value that can’t be measured.

No “recovery plan” is one size fits all. There are repeated guidelines that can help us all in some way, but it will not look the same for everyone.

The weight on my chest is lighter. I can move my arms, legs, and fill my lungs almost completely. This is hard. This is scary. This will be done anyway.

I took a coffee break during pre production in this sweet cafe and was hit with cupids bow. 💘 Sipping coffee amongst bold artistic homage to the fire starting heros before me, gave me the strength I needed that day to keep going.
