We’re back from “We Are the Weavers” Gathering. 🧶It was a beautiful week in Skalitude meadow with friends old and new. Iris spun her first wool yarn and dyed it with wolf lichen; she wove two tiny tapestries; played with kids and joined the drummers at night! ✨I reconnected with spinning, met silk caterpillars and spun silk, wove on the Grandmother Shawl, taught a mushroom dye class to 15 amazing students, and shared the week with 80 strong women- whew!!Thank you to everyone who made it happen, all the love, and all the delicious meals ❤️.#wearetheweavers #weaving_remembrance by @hericium2.0

At Saskatoon Circle, I was honored to share a display showcasing a range of mushroom dyed colors and teach a class on how to get started with mushroom dyes.12 students and I braved the heat and sun and had a fabulous time discovering what’s possible with mushroom dyes. Everyone was hooked! by @hericium2.0

My Iris is 5 today!✨I love her.We had a forest party with friends and family a few days ago. Today we picked blueberries and spent time with her grandma and grandpa. I gave her a pretty potion bottle for her present. by @hericium2.0
