Our mission is simple but powerful, to empower women and girls through leadership development, mentorship, civic engagement, education, advocacy, and personal growth.

We believe that when girls are equipped with the right knowledge, opportunities, and support, they become catalysts for positive change.

Happy International Day of the Girl Child💜

Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, dreams, and limitless potential of every girl.

When we invest in girls, we invest in stronger families, healthier communities, and a brighter future for all.

This year's celebration is a reminder that every girl deserves to be safe, heard, educated, respected, and empowered to pursue her dreams without fear or limitation.

To every girl reading this: Your voice matters. Your dreams are valid. Your future is bright. Never stop believing in yourself. by @herisecircle

As the International Day of the Girl Child draws closer, we want to begin these important conversations, not just to discuss the challenges girls face, but to actively contribute meaningfully to their sustainable development and, most importantly, explore how we can invest in their future.

Join us for an inspiring virtual session with Hon. Istifanus Lois Mbaku'esu, a passionate advocate for girls' education, menstrual health, and youth empowerment. Through her advocacy, she has impacted over 1,000 girls across Nasarawa State by advancing opportunities for healthier, better-educated, and more empowered girls.

The journey of leadership begins long before the title. It begins with who you are becoming.

Join us this Sunday for another transformative virtual conversation as we explore: Becoming Before Leading: The Inner Journey of a Woman of Impact.

We are delighted to host Queen Victoria Paul, the reigning @officialmissgbagyigbarinigeria as our guest speaker. Together, we'll have an honest conversation about identity, purpose, personal growth, and the inner transformation every woman needs before leading others.

If you're a woman who desires to lead with purpose, confidence, and impact, this session is for you.
Invite a sister, a friend, and every woman who is committed to becoming before leading.

During our Girl Child Development Online Advocacy Expert Discussion held on the 4th of September, 2026, themed “The Nigerian Girl Child and the Struggle for Equal Opportunities,” our guest speaker, Lois Samuel Adamu, Founder of @herisecircle, reminded us of what equal opportunities should truly look like.

According to her, equal opportunities mean creating a society where both genders have access to the same opportunities, without gender bias, discrimination, or limitations based on gender.

Every girl deserves the same opportunity to learn, grow, lead, and thrive. Creating a more equitable society begins with ensuring that gender does not determine the opportunities available to anyone.
