What a conversation. What a room. What a reminder.

Yesterday, we gathered for TNN Convos Lagos, and it was packed with value, clarity, and the kind of truth that moves you from thinking to doing.

To our incredible speakers:

Dr. Adedayo Benjamins-Laniyi @dayobenlaniyi thank you for reminding us that true leadership requires us to be honest about our challenges, recognise the difference between what we know and what we need to learn, and remain humble enough to grow.

Mrs. Nnanke Essien @nnanke_essien, thank you for breaking it down so clearly. Meaningful economic growth begins when we move beyond what we know to identifying opportunities, building systems, and creating lasting value rather than simply participating in the economy.

To our convener, Temi' Adelana @theverifiedwman, thank you for building this space and for continuously creating platforms that push NXT GEN women forward.

To our moderator, Timilehin Felix-Fakeye @timtimofnations, thank you for guiding the conversation with purpose and excellence.

To everyone who tuned in, thank you for showing up, asking questions, and being part of this community. This is what growth looks like. This is what building together looks like.

Here's the truth we're taking away: What you grow to become, you remain.

If you missed it, stay close. The next conversation is already loading.
