Well… we’re here again. 🥹

The funny thing is..every time I started over I was thinking I needed to have everything figured out before I could really show up here. I was worried that if everything wasn’t perfect, no one would pay attention to what I’m building !

I had to have the perfect content, the perfect version of me. I was waiting for a whole damn blueprint and girl… that was exhausting. 🫩

So I’m giving myself permission to just start.

I’m learning. I’m building. I’m figuring stuff out as I go.

And maybe THAT’S what becoming her actually looks like. 👀

Not waking up one day as a completely different woman.

Just trusting yourself enough to make a different choice today than you would’ve made yesterday.

The old you won’t always understand the decisions the new you makes. 🤎

She might question why you’re doing things differently. Why you’re setting those boundaries, why you’re taking a chance on something you’ve never done before, and why you’re no longer settling for what used to feel familiar.

And that’s okay. Let her question it, but make the moves anyway.

Don’t let that voice convince you that you’re not allowed to outgrow the version of you that only knew how to survive the life you had.

Sometimes, growth looks like setting a boundary. Other times, it looks like learning something new, trying something unfamiliar, or finally giving yourself permission to explore a different path.

That’s part of what I’m learning while building something of my own, too. You don’t have to know every step ahead of time to start taking yourself seriously.

You don’t need everyone to understand your next move for it to be right for you.

Okay, hear me out 🫣!

I used to think that if I wanted more money, I needed to find another job, pick up more hours, or figure out another way to squeeze more out of my time.

I was still trading time for money and we are SO done with that 😭 so no, I don’t just want more work.

Another shift. Another paycheck. Another week of wishing there was another way.

If you want to explore opportunities beyond hourly work, start by learning a skill you can apply in different ways.

Digital marketing teaches you how businesses attract attention, connect with customers, and promote their offers online.

You can start learning as a beginner. You don’t need to know everything today.

Just don’t confuse learning the skill with getting instant results. Building something takes practice, patience, and a plan.

Your next chapter could start by learning something that can open so many doors. 🤍

Was it your past?

Your bank account?

Your circumstances?

Something someone said that stuck with you ?

Or the worst of them all.. was it the person looking back at you in the mirror? 👀 whew 😅 I know, that one stings a little.

But I’m learning that none of those things get to decide who you become. Instead, I remind myself that I was created in the image of the ultimate creator, and THAT is enough . ✨🤍

Once I started getting out of my own way and letting go of who I thought everyone wanted me to be… that’s when things started to shift.

Trust me, I get it.

When you’re starting to learn digital marketing, it’s easy to study what’s working and accidentally start copying the way everyone else talks, writes, sells, and creates.

But you don’t need to reinvent the internet. At first I thought there was a certain way I needed to talk, certain things I needed to post to make it work. I realized none of that mattered, you have to figure out what makes your perspective yours.

Your story, your voice, your experiences. The way YOU explain something, THATS what matters.

Learn the strategy.
Use the strategy.

Just don’t lose yourself in it.

Now before anybody takes this the wrong way 😂

I’m extremely grateful for what I have, but I’ve also realized that being grateful doesn’t mean I have to stop wanting more.

I learned early on in life that I don’t want to spend my whole life just getting through the week, looking towards the weekend just to live or feel something 🫩..

I want options, and that’s exactly why I’m figuring out how to build them. I don’t think the goal is necessarily to escape work. I think the goal is to have enough options that you get to decide what YOUR life looks like.

That’s what I’m working toward. 🤎

Here’s where I messed up 😅:

I think we spend so much time trying to find the “right” way to make money online that we forget to ask a much simpler question:

Who can I actually help?

That question has been changing the way I look at all of this.

Because once you know who you’re helping + what problem you’re solving, a lot of the other pieces start making more sense.

I’m trying to spend less time chasing every new strategy and more time actually building!

I know I know you’re probably like girl what ?! 💀

But here’s what really I mean… stop letting your job be your only option.

Because I used to think making more money meant working more hours, getting another job, or just hoping I eventually made enough to afford the life I actually wanted.

And honestly? I’m over that mindset.

I’m learning how to create things people actually want.
I’m learning how to use this little phone I’m always on to build something that belongs to me.

And am I an expert? Nope. 😂
Am I still figuring it out? Absolutely.

But I’d rather be learning how to create more options for myself than sitting around wishing my life looked different.

So no… you don’t have to fire your boss today.

But maybe it’s time to start building the version of your life where you eventually get to decide what comes next. 🩶

That’s the shift.

And if you’re in that “okay… I know I’m capable of more, I just don’t know where to start” phase…

I know what it’s like to look around and feel like everybody got the memo except you but girl… breathe.

When I first started this page I compared my progress to other pages with hundreds of thousand of followers, and viral content. Somebody who looks like they have their whole life together.

And you’re sitting there like…

“Okay, so what am I doing?”

But I’m learning that somebody else’s timeline doesn’t get to decide whether I’m doing enough with mine.

I’m not trying to rush into a life just because it looks good from the outside.

I want to build one that actually feels like mine, and comparison will have you questioning a life that you’re still in the middle of building.

I’m learning to stop looking sideways so much and pay attention to what’s in front of me.

Different doesn’t mean behind.

It means we’re becoming exactly who we’re meant to be.

Wanna know something ? You really don’t need 100K followers to make your first sale. 👀

I think we put SO much pressure on growing a huge audience that we forget the goal isn’t always to be famous… it’s to build something people actually want, and something with substance that actually helps your audience !

You can start small. Learn as you go. Create something valuable. Build trust. And make your first sale with the audience you have right now.

Don’t wait until you feel “big enough” to start. 🩶
