This Sunday we’re welcoming Belgian DJ & producer Hermanez to SHELTER in Antwerp.

With over two decades in the game, Hermanez has built a distinctive sound somewhere between deep, progressive and hypnotic house. His music has found its way onto respected labels including Bedrock Records, SATYA, All Day I Dream, Lost & Found, Suara and more.

We’re very happy to have him join CY & Akira for this second edition of Sunday Social Club.

Sunday 11.10 · 16:00 → 00:00

Do you have music that represents specific moments in your life? That track and that moment forever connected

My next album project is a tribute to the amazing artists who have created these moments in my life

Global Underground approached me to relaunch their nubreed series, and it felt like the perfect place to weave my biggest inspirations with my own new music into two stories

release coming soon, preorder is available on vinyl and digital

SUNDAY SOCIAL CLUB 11 OCTOBER
VOID AT SHELTER ANTWERP
HERMANEZ - AKIRA - CY

After our first Sunday at SHELTER in August, we’re happy to return for another edition of VOID at Sunday Social Club.

VOID has always been about creating a space where the music can take its time. No rush, no pressure, no need to follow a certain direction. Just a good sound system, the right people and a place that allows the music to unfold naturally.

For this edition, we welcome HERMANEZ (Bedrock Records, Satya) as our special guest, joining AKIRA and CY for a journey through deephouse, minimal, and groovy hypnotic territory.

Sundays feel different. A little slower, a little more open, a moment to come together, listen, dance, talk and simply let the day turn into night.
SHELTER feels like the right place for that. A room built around a beautiful Mastersounds sound system, where the music remains at the centre and the intimacy of the space is never lost.

Come early, stay as long as you like.
Food will be available at fair prices.

He was someone whose advice and words meant a lot to me, and I’ll always carry some of those lessons with me.

Rest in peace, Clay. You will be missed.

Hermanez steps up for his first remix on SATYA.

A regular in the family with two full EPs already under his belt, he now brings his own take to IPI’s Mindfloat, respecting the original’s soul while stamping it with his own heartbeat.
