Hervenna spent six months unable to care for herself. Friends danced around her as she lay in bed. That tiny spark of movement reminded her she still had a dream worth fighting for.

Today, she teaches dance, leads wellness retreats, and helps others heal through movement.

3rd performance this year as a dance teacher at @tfa.kl 🤍😘

Blessed for a bunch of amazing students & team & friends to pull this off 🥹❤️

Off stage experience will always be more valuable to on stage. Extra practices, helping each other with make up, choosing outfits, the last minute chaos, the laughter, the nervousness, the little moments of reassuring each other that we got this 🫶🏻

It’s these little things that make the whole journey so much more meaningful. Watching my students show up for each other, grow together & create memories beyond just dancing makes me realise that teaching is so much more than just teaching steps. 🥹

The performance may only last a few minutes, but everything that happens behind the scenes stays with us for a lifetime.

I wouldn’t trade these experiences ever. Not for a perfect performance, not for anything. 🤍✨ 🥹♥️

Meet Herveena & her dad, taking on REDLINE Kuala Lumpur 2026 side by side, in the Doubles category, with one shared finish line. At 64, he’s still out there keeping up with his daughter. And honestly? We hope we’re all moving like this in our 60s. 💪

Because Doubles was never about being the fastest team out there. It’s about who you choose to take on the race course and that finish line feeling together. 🫶 No age limit. No “right” partner. Just two people, one REDLINE, and a reason to keep moving.
