This was supposed to be a cute little Summer dinner series, and instead it became @herseatssaved, a space for women 35+ in Boston to meet new people, make friends and build genuine connections.

More than 1,600 women have signed up, we’ve had six sold-out dinners, and we’re already finding more ways to get together beyond the dinner table.

And I’m just getting started.

Hi friends! If you’re anything like me you sign up to tons of email lists and the emails always end up lost or ignored 😩😂. Believe me, I get it! But, I keep getting asked about invitations so I wanted to address this so you can stay in the know. Eventually, I want to move our communication to an app, but even then, I’ll have to email you about the app. So emails are really central to staying in loop for our community. With each dinner I am reminded of why I started @herseatsaved. This was our dinner @matriaboston and like all of our dinners it was incredible. This time we had a few extra touches like bracelets from @lovestonedjewelryco and a perfume bar by @scentedbytyla where the ladies got to make their own custom scents. And as usual we had out customer Her Seat’s Saved cookies from @lisassweettooth.
Decor and Tablescaping was brought to us by the lovely Diana of @curated_rentals and the Florals from @bloomandatmosphere.

This is how you build community and if you build it they will come! @herseatsaved showed up and showed out yesterday at the Soft Girl Era event with @lumiererenecandleco!

We were also serenaded by @aniyemusic

We made bouquets with @bloom.and.atmosphere and our own candles! And of course the ladies shopped The Consciously Lisa Collection with @preciouslypolishedjewelry. A time was had! If you’re over 35 and in neeed of community comment “Boston” to get on our list! taken in Boston, MA. by @herseatsaved

I truly cannot thank this community enough for showing up and showing out. 🤎 What started as an idea turned into such a beautiful afternoon filled with creativity, connection, and so many new faces. It was incredible welcoming both first-time guests through @herseatsaved and our Lumière René community into our space.

A huge thank you to @curated_rentals for creating the most stunning tablescape and showcasing just how versatile our creative lounge can be for every kind of celebration.

Thank you to @bloom.and.atmosphere for leading such an amazing floral workshop and helping make this event so special beyond the floral workshop!

To my incredible studio and events coordinator - @hali.e_ thank you. 😂 I honestly thought you were a little crazy for wanting to pull this together in just one week, but you reminded me of the power of community, taking chances, and creating meaningful experiences. I’m so grateful for you.

And thank you to @aniyemusic for blessing us with an incredible live performance! Sis is beyond talented, so if you haven’t already, go stream and support her latest project. 🎶✨
