We’re still not over yesterday 🥹🤍

Event Two was officially SOLD OUT, and honestly... what a gorgeous afternoon. From Pilates to breathwork and gua sha, it was the perfect excuse to slow down, switch off and spend a few hours with the loveliest girls ✨

And of course, no girls afternoon is complete without something sweet, huge thank you to @buttercup.mcr for the gorgeous treats!

HERSELF+ launched and it was PERFECT 🤍

An afternoon filled with 20 gorgeous women in one room, women who actually want to understand their bodies and learn how to make it work better and feel their best inside and out.

We got to teach them practical tips, no fads or trends just REAL STUFF THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

A room full of gorgeous girls learning how their body works
not just following trends, but understanding why🤍

We started with Pilates to get everything moving (because your lymphatic system needs that), then went into facial massage & gua sha, learning exactly how to de-puff, sculpt and support the skin properly.

No fluff.
Just real education, simple techniques to use immediately , and results that could be felt straight away.

I’m so so so grateful to everyone who came and trusted me with it, and all the gorgeous people who helped put it all together 🤍

This is definitely just the start.👀👀
