It takes MANY steps to do this job…… walked all the way to the Sydney Opera House from Christchurch 🤔😏 #flightattendantlife #cabincrew #aviationgeeks #flightattendants by @herwildnaturenz
Another one for you #avgeeks 😏 gotta love those Airbus engines kicking into gear ✈️ Take off outta Christchurch on a beautiful day in New Zealand’s South Island #aviationlovers #flighattendantlife by @herwildnaturenz
Challenges I like now days: seeing how much weight I can lift and then hitting a new PB. That’s it. The rest of life needs to be easy and chilled #hittingpersonalgoals #gymgoals2026 #weightstraining by @herwildnaturenz
I really mean it 🤨 Are you making yourself run on steam or actually giving your body what it deserves?? #fuelyourbodyright #eatwelltrainwell #bodypositivemovement by @herwildnaturenz

There are so many layers to lifting weights. I started lifting to take the weight off my mind. The gym has given me my life back. My mental health is better. It’s changed my life. It’s worth starting. No matter where you are in your journey. Just start. #gyminspiration #weightliftinggoals #womenwholiftheavy #christchurchnz by @herwildnaturenz
Recent goal unlocked because I locked in…… everyone around me in the yoga class could do these. I would put my knee down. Looking back now, it was very simple. I wasn’t strength training. And even though I did yoga regularly, it proves that lifting weight and resistance to lengthen and strengthen those muscles is the only sure fire way to build strength over time. So, here’s to no more “knee on the ground” during side planks for me. Ready to see what else I can do in the gym and in my day to day life. This is also your reminder that building muscle cannot be bought, it takes time and patience and falling in love with the journey. #strenthtraining by @herwildnaturenz
Dizzy yet? 🤪 #hikinginnewzealand #walkingtrack #hikersparadise #outdoorlovers by @herwildnaturenz
Just a cheeky “hotel gym” leg day sesh. Missing my gym at home but grateful I still have somewhere to smash some weights while I’m away. #legday🍑 #flightattendantlife #rdls #smashinggoals #musclegoals by @herwildnaturenz
A journey back to yourself is hard. And it takes time. Before the fat loss. Before the body recomposition. Before the number on the scales changes… Sometimes you have to work on the person underneath it all. For me, this journey has meant learning to navigate my mental health, challenge the patterns that lived in my subconscious, understand food noise, and—most importantly—teach myself discipline. There are so many shortcuts available for weight loss now. But I’ve realised that losing weight was never the hardest part. Learning how to live differently is. I’ve been on my natural weight-loss journey for almost 2½ years, and although sometimes I wished it happened faster, I’m grateful it didn’t. Because I’ve had time to learn what my body actually needs. How to nourish it. How to enjoy food without being controlled by it. How to make choices that support me without feeling like I’m constantly “on a diet.” And that, to me, is where the real transformation happens. Self-love is patience. Self-love is discipline. Self-love is retraining your mind. And while there may be many tools that can help someone lose weight, no shortcut can do the inner work for you. It’s up to you to learn and create structure, and most importantly, respect yourself enough to do it! #selfmasteryjourney #bodyrecomposition #changetakestime #womensweightloss by @herwildnaturenz
One for the #aviationgeeks out of Sydney and into Christchurch. Just another day in the office. #aviationenthusiast #flightattendants #cabincrewlifestyle by @herwildnaturenz
