Just like herbs, home away from home. A francophone would say: Tu est jolie. Just like my bum that was seen by a lady at a lake. Some of my favourite moments in Kanada with the most beautiful people. Watch me sleepwalk in the last 2 pics. by @herznsgut

We are back!! The second „DEAR (QUEER) DIARY Reading” is taking place at Silver Future Bar on the 6d of April 19:00! 💖

A bunch of courageous LGBTQIA+ individuals and friends will break the silence and the locks of their real, private, teenage diaries and share them with you! 😱

Join us and laugh, blush, cry, curse and learn about old secrets, dreams and heartbreaks. This evening is to celebrate those valuable records about being a human.

Your Jakob (he/him/all) 💛

Oh boy. Another year behind me on this journey. It feels like a lifetime and a blink at the same time. Still sometimes, I‘m asking myself: „Am I even real?“

There is only one way that works for me to remember the answer: Committing to every feeling that is at home in this body.

Let deep cries shake me, until they turn into sighs. Let anxiety scratch my chest open from the inside out and crawl into my embrace. Let anger cut red lines around me, too deep to climb over and over and over again. Let my void be seen, so it can be filled with abundance.

Pain is real, grief is real, rejection is real.
And so am I.
Healing is real, connection is real, love is real.
And so am I.

Happy 4th birthday Jakob 🏳️‍⚧️🌈💛
