This beautiful home features our antique sandstone, jumbo cobblestone, and granite blocks - all reclaimed from places meaningful to the homeowner.

By incorporating reclaimed materials, the design offers a sustainable approach to bring together history and character, capturing a story in every corner.

Where architecture slows time…
Hand-carved stone, classical proportions, and tropical gardens beyond. A shaded loggia becomes a place for conversation, reflection, and enduring pleasure of living beautifully.

Memorial Day weekend often marks the beginning of summer routines.

Doors open a little earlier, evenings stretch a little longer, and outdoor spaces become the heart of the home once again.

At Colby’s Run, terraces, covered outdoor living spaces, and the infinity-edge pool were designed to create a seamless connection between the home and the surrounding landscape, offering spaces for gathering, entertaining, and quiet moments throughout the season.

Framed by gardens and ancient woods, Colby's Run reflects a balance of simplicity, elegance, and indoor-outdoor living that feels especially fitting as summer begins.

Escape the bustle and embrace zen in the contemplative garden. A large statue draws contemplation while a bubbling fountain keeps you in the present and juxtaposes the rugged stonework that anchors you here. A balance of rigidity and fluidity in an air of sequestration offers a unique and inviting space for everyone at our NJ private residence!

A 1940’s Regency Revival ... this renovation extends the home’s classical language, anchored by both exterior and interior redesign. As we share more of this unique project, you can note reimagined entrances, outdoor living spaces, porches, and tranquility. Architecture and landscape are quietly interwoven dissolving the distinction between structure and composed landscape. … story after story of interior selections reflecting flora & nature of both mature plantings, and newly designed gardens.
