In my interview with John Hook at FOX 10 Newsmaker, I exposed the horror of nurses in Tehran arrested by Islamic regime in Iran, tortured, and gang raped by regime forces simply for treating wounded protesters. One lost her womb. Another now lives with a colostomy bag.

This is not politics. This is brutality. The world must not look away.

THEY WERE ARRESTED IN A TERROR PLOT INVOLVING A U.S. AIRBASE & THEN THEY WERE RELEASED ON BAIL.

Read that again.

Five British men were arrested near RAF Fairford on suspicion of terrorism and explosives offenses. Then a dual U.K. Iranian national was arrested on suspicion of preparing terrorist acts. And suspects were released on bail while the investigation continued.

Meanwhile, France has been rocked by violent unrest schools damaged and set on fire, projectiles and fireworks aimed at police, riot officers deployed, and thousands arrested as the crisis spread.

On my interview with Christopher DeSimone and Capt. Robert Wells, I asked the question Western leaders desperately need to answer:

At what point does political correctness and institutional weakness become a national security threat?

This isn’t about rumors.

It’s about what authorities themselves are investigating and whether Western governments still have the backbone to protect their own countries.

SHARE YOUR THOUGHTS… NO, THE WEST IS NOT YOUR EXCUSE FOR ISLAMISM. During my interview with Christopher DeSimone and Capt. Robert Wells, I shared an Islamist argument blaming the West for “hurting Islam.”

I wasn’t buying it.

You cannot excuse oppression, extremism, violence, and failed leadership by pointing the finger at America every time accountability gets uncomfortable.

At some point, the victim narrative has to end—and responsibility has to begin.

I challenged that argument head-on.

What the world is finally beginning to see in Iran is not new. In my conversation with Ambassador Nancy Brinker, I shared how the Bahá’í community became one of the Islamic Republic’s earliest targets, imprisonment, torture, confiscation of property, exclusion from higher education, and executions. Some of the victims were only teenagers.

For my family, this is personal. My uncle, Rahim Rahimian, was imprisoned, tortured, and ultimately executed by the regime. Decades later, members of my own family are still paying the price, including a cousin who remains imprisoned.

The persecution did not begin with the protests the world sees today. It has been happening for 47 years.

The names change. The methods do not.

The world must understand the history if it truly wants to understand Iran today.
