We say grace, sit on the porch, and fly the flag. We have dreams and count our blessings. We give hugs and grow flowers. We honor God...We are family.

Senior Sunday: this picture was take quite a few years ago from our sweet friend Stephanie Justice Photography. This week, she will be taking Nick’s senior pictures. She did Matt’s and Evies and will now do Nicks. I can’t even believe he is a senior let along getting senior pictures. 🤍🤎 by @heunfam5

❤️ Happy Anniversary to Matt and Laney! ❤️

Watching you two build a life together is such a blessing. I’m so thankful God brought you together and that I get to watch my son and beautiful daughter-in-love share this crazy journey called life. Dad and I hope your marriage continues to grow stronger with each passing year and you both always have lots of laughter, joy, and God’s love.

Loveyouboth! by @heunfam5

John,

I know October is Pastor Appreciation Month, and I do appreciate you as that everyday- but to me you are so much more.

I know being a pastor isn’t always easy. There are long days, heavy burdens, and times when you pour so much of yourself into others that you don’t have much left. I know how tired you get. How hard you work. I see your heart, your love for the Lord, and the way you genuinely want to help people.

I know God called you to serve Him, and I’m proud of the man you are and the pastor you strive to be. I also know that behind every pastor is a person who carries a lot that others may never see. I pray you always remember that you don’t have to carry it all alone, and that it’s okay to rest, set boundaries, and take care of yourself, too.

Being a pastor’s wife isn’t always the easiest role, and our journey hasn’t been easy either, but through all the ups and downs, one thing has never changed: myloveforyou. I’m thankful I get to walk through this life with you, and I pray God continues to give you wisdom, strength, and peace as you serve Him.

More than anything, I hope you know that you are loved not just for what you do for the church, but for who you are. You are my husband, my partner, my best friend and my family, a great dad, and those things mean more to me than words can say.

To ALL the Pastors out there and your families: you are appreciated. Your hearts are appreciated. And you are loved! by @heunfam5

Senior Sunday: 💙 by @heunfam5

Happy Senior Sunday! by @heunfam5

Oh my! I forgot Senior Sunday last week. So here is two for this week. by @heunfam5

Being married to my pastor is something I never could have imagined—but God knew exactly what He was doing. ❤️

I get to see the man behind the pulpit—the husband who loves me, the dad who loves his family, and the man who gives so much of himself to others. I see the super long days, the phone calls, the prayers, the heavy burdens he carries, and the way he keeps showing up because he truly loves the Lord and His people.

You’re not just my pastor. You’re my husband, my best friend, my safe place, and the person I get to do this crazy life with.

I’m proud of the pastor you are, but even more grateful for the husband you are. Iloveyou, and I’ll always be in your corner—even when being the pastor’s wife comes with a few more “surprise” responsibilities than I knew I was signing up for! 😂❤️

Iloveyou, John. More than you know. And I’m thankful God chose you for me. ❤️ by @heunfam5

Well- I forgot to post Senior Sunday- but I’ll do it today instead! :) by @heunfam5

Nick is starting his senior year of high school this week. Our last year of high school total. These have become popular the last couple years- wish they had them for Matt & Evie. So here’s Nick’s first #seniorsunday by @heunfam5
