I’m so grateful you are here.

My name is Hevi and I’m the host of The Hevi Serdar Show.

A little about me…

I’m a Guide, Activator and Global Speaker, but beyond the titles, I’m a woman who has spent much of her life learning what it means to choose the truth of who I am over who the world expected me to be.

I was born into a Middle Eastern family where my role as a woman was defined for me long before I had a voice. I also spent the first 5 years of my life as a refugee and those early experiences shaped how I learned to move through the world.

I became incredibly good at achieving, performing, proving and being the woman who could handle everything.

Until eventually I hit my lowest point in 2018z

What followed was years of deep inner work, spiritual awakening, unlearning and remembering. A journey of releasing the identities I had built for survival and returning to the woman underneath them.

That journey became the foundation of the work I do today.

For the last 8 years, I’ve guided accomplished women across the world through their own thresholds of identity, leadership and expansion.

Women who have achieved extraordinary things, yet know there is more of themselves asking to be expressed.

Women who are done performing, asking for permission and shrinking the bigness they came here to bring to the world.

The Hevi Serdar Show is for her.

This is where we have direct conversations about identity evolution, expression and the audacity to be fully seen.

Here, you do not become a new version of yourself.

Here you remember the ancient woman who was there all along.

When did ambition become a form of self-abandonment?

In this week's YouTube video, I'm speaking about the common thread I've seen across every single client I've worked with over the last 4 years.

From Wall Street executives to moms who desire to rise.

The women I speak with are highly capable, courageous and disciplined.

By every external measure, they've made it.

What I hear underneath that success is rarely fulfillment.

Most of them have paid a price to get there.

There's nothing wrong with ambition.

There's nothing wrong with wanting extraordinary success and it's a big part of my own journey too.

I've walked this path myself after 10 years in corporate.

The challenge begins when we put all of our value into one basket and start playing a role so well that we convince ourselves it's who we are.

The world applauds the woman who sacrifices everything for the company, the role and the vision so at first it doesn't feel like a threat.

Eventually a quiet inner disconnection grows wider within us over the years.

It begins to speak through the body, through relationships challenges, through loneliness, exhaustion and burnout.

In the video, I break down two women who sit in the same room, in the same role, having the same conversations.

One creates from wholeness.

The other creates because she doesn't feel good enough.

The truth is its never about the thing but its about the energy behind the thing.

I believe so many women feel depleted in the corporate and business world and I know what becomes possible when we finally lead from our own truth instead of an identity that never belonged to us.

You did not come here to chase success.

You came here to lead using your innate gifts and create massive influence without self-abandoning.

Her music career exploded in 12 months!

The energy of 2026 is potent.

In case you haven’t already felt it, things are moving fast this year.

We are in “You get what you choose to become available for”

The last few weeks has been an entire identity shift for me.

I can feel a deeper level of self-trust and undeniable inner certainty anchoring into my body and I no longer feel attached to external reassurance, evidence or validation.

This is what it truly takes to activate your next level.

It’s no longer about what your current circumstances look like right now or what feels logical.

The woman you are becoming doesn’t make decisions from evidence, she makes them from certainty and that certainty comes from leading herself from her higher self instead of waiting for reality to give her permission.

This episode came through because I’ve been experiencing this shift in real time and asking myself what it would look like to move, choose and make decisions from the version of me who already trusts herself completely and knows that what she desires is inevitable.

The women who are about to experience more wealth, deeper love and bigger expansion aren’t the ones trying to force outcomes or do all the right things.

They are the ones willing to anchor into certainty before their physical reality catches up.

The trauma identity👇

I spent years obsessing over fixing my trauma only to realize it was taking me further away from the woman I wanted to be.

This might trigger some people, but if you’re always chasing the next shadow to fix, you might be stuck in an addictive cycle of “something’s wrong with me again.”

We didn’t come into this world to fix ourselves, we came here to step into self-awareness and use our experiences as contrast to remember who we already are.

You came here to live, to take in each present moment as the gift it is.

Yes, you need to process and feel… but it shouldn’t become your whole identity. (I’ll talk about the “how” in the episode.)

If you’ve been dissecting your past, digging for wounds, or convincing yourself you’re broken before you’re “allowed” to have love or success… this is your wake-up call.

I’m saying this as someone who lived in that cycle for years, and it was exhausting.

You just need to reconnect with the whole, complete woman you already were before the world convinced you otherwise.

This week’s episode breaks apart the entire idea that you need to heal to be worthy, not from some BS formula, but from the truth your soul already knows.

So many of us get stuck in a trauma identity. We keep trying to fix ourselves because it feels productive, but all it does is disconnect us from our feminine power.

The world is starving for the authentic you.

So many women spend their whole lives dimming their truth just to feel safe.

We learn to be small, agreeable, easy… anything but our real, unfiltered selves.

We follow the rules we were handed instead of the truth our soul has been whispering.

We convince ourselves that fitting in will finally make us feel chosen.

But all it really does is disconnect us from our own power.
I know this pattern deeply.

There were years where I believed that being “good,” polished and well-behaved made me strong.

But it didn’t make me powerful, it made me invisible.

Everything shifted the moment I allowed myself to be the most authentic version of me.

My energy expanded. My confidence deepened. My life opened.

Because when a woman stands rooted in her truth, she becomes the frequency of liberation.

She activates others without even trying.

She stops doing things the way she was told and creates a new way entirely.

That is what embodied feminine leadership really is.

Leading a life that feels big, free, aligned, and trusting your own worth enough to walk in confidence.

In this week’s episode, I’m guiding you back to that woman, the one who knows she came here to pave a new path.

The world wants the real you.

So many of us have been conditioned to where all sorts of masks just to appease others.

We grow up becoming the good girl, the agreeable one or the one that is “too much”

We learn to perform and pretend to be something that we are not deep down just so we will be accepted by society that thrives off delusion.

We comply and live out a reality that is nowhere near in alignment with who we really truly are deep down because it’s all we’ve ever known.

I know this pattern so well.

There were years where I truly believed the masks of all these different identities were protecting me, giving me a sense of validation and safety.

That if I could just be who people wanted, maybe I’d finally feel chosen, respected and understood.

What a load of crap.

My entire reality shifted massively the moment I found the courage to be myself in everything that I did. My relationships deepened, I became more magnetic and confident.

When your identity is built from survival instead of truth, it doesn’t keep you safe, it keeps you invisible and disconnected to yourself.

You end up abandoning your real voice, your real desires, your real essence, all to maintain a version of you that you deep down cannot stand.

But this is all about to change, because in this week’s episode, I am going to guide you back to your truth and power by learning how to courageously own that version of you.

It’s no longer “I need to perform so they accept me” but rather, “I trust myself enough to be seen”

When you return to who you really are without the survival masks, you step into inner alignment activate your highest timeline.
