EIC and India! (( lore post time >:D))

soo the EIC in my lore..is a manipulative ASSHOLE. going from his charismatic looks and good military strategies...he was some guy istg...he always makes people believe he's "just a company" (even tho he has a secret private army.)

he was like your average loan sharks except it was the 1600s-1700s version of it ..him as a person..he's emotionally detached (cause all he does is rarely forms genuine emotional attachments with others,
Measures success in revenue, territory, and influence rather than friendships.)

He came to India as a trading company at first...but over time he slowly came to power...and ended up taking over all of india back in those days (the company came to India in August 1608)

After the battle of Plassey which ended in British victory was then where the company started fo take over india completely...

Sometimes my ass wonders how a literal BRITISH COMPANY took ever a whole mass of land before the british crown i- 🚬💔

How WW1 ended drastically when the US joined the war:

Originally this was gonna be with the axis powers instead of the central powers but then I didn't wanna draw the roach so yeah, have the central powers getting recked ig😭💔

I didn't wanna draw USA normally so I drew him buff plus it's accurate to how their economy boomed cause of WW1

CIVIL WAR ART DUMP 💥 (beware the stinking confederate 💔)

Didn't draw these two idiots in so long istg it felt like the time to bring them out once more again🙏💥

Also in the 6th slide, I wanted to clarify how the british was infact neutral throughout the whole Civil War but they sympathized with the confederates mainly on the economical side since they really depended on their cotton trade, but because of the union blockade, they couldn't get any of it cause of that

So...confederate diplomats were found in British ships regardless of being neutral through the whole war...

((MAJOR SPOILERS OF THE BACKROOMS MOVIE AND BODY HORROR ON THE LAST SLIDE!!!⚠️))

I wanted to draw more scenes from the backrooms movie but my motivation died after drawing 5 scenes . BYE💔💔💔

Ok so a little information about the AU on who's who for the people who did actually watch the movie!

Clark - Turkey
Mary - Sweden
Barbara (Clark's ex wife) - Greece
Kat - Ukraine
Bobby - Canada
Phil - USA

Turkey is used as the main character for this AU of mine as he does represent Clark alot...and one of the other reasons is because the furniture shop Clark OWNED LITERALLY said: "Cap'n Clark's Ottoman Empire"

I feel like the creator added ottoman empire on that sign since Turkey is in-between Europe and asia...east and west so no one really knows where turkey even belonged in the first place (just like the backrooms wink wink🥰) sooo yea this is why Turkey is my main character on this AU, his ex partner is greece, they had a toxic relationship and greece was the one who left him as Turkey became violent towards him, so after that failed relationship...Turkey goes to see a therapist (suprise suprise...its sweden)

Canada and Ukraine are a couple helping Turkey with the furniture store advert! So they are seen helping Turkey sometimes...they ended up in the backrooms too (ofc)
And...yall can guess the rest for those who watched the movie on what happened 😭🤌

I made some sketches of the AU in school ...and I was too lazy to redraw them digitally so yeah uhh have a first time glimpse of body horror ig lol

☆ Soviet's main republics 🇷🇺🇺🇦🇧🇾

Each of their character sheets has little info/lore about them soo yeah! It was fun making these...RSFSR's pose was obviously used from a reference base of an old soviet photo (cause I suck at drawing rifles anyways🥀🚬🚬🚬💔)

Funfact: no countryhuman recognizes soviets republics as their own , they only recognize them and the other republics if they are with soviet

I might consider making a lot of art/shitposts about them cause I have a LOT lemme tell ya...
