A little reintroduction ✨ For those who have been following me for a while, you may have noticed a few changes around here! I’m Dr Ro, a Consultant Psychiatrist with a passion for women’s mental health. Over the years, I’ve shared different parts of my journey, from property and business ventures to life as a doctor. While those experiences have all been important to me, I’ve increasingly wanted to create a space that reflects something I’m particularly passionate about: mental health, and especially the mental health of women. Through my work in medicine, I’ve seen just how important it is for women to feel heard, understood and supported when it comes to their health. I’m also currently working on something very exciting — developing a women’s mental health clinic, @womensmentalhealthco, with the ambition of creating a service that puts women’s experiences and needs at its heart. Going forward, I’ll be sharing more about psychiatry, mental health, the journey of building the clinic and the things I’m learning along the way. Thank you to everyone who’s followed my journey so far. I’m excited for this next chapter. Dr Ro 🤍 by @hey.dr.ro
