Yesterday was my last day working with p1440 and possibly volleyball.

I’m incredibly grateful for the athletes, families, and colleagues I’ve worked with over the years. Helping athletes navigate their futures has been meaningful work.

I plan to still coach on the side, but I’m excited to see what a career outside of volleyball could be like.

This next chapter is about building something long-term, essential, and community-focused.

When a work trip is an hour drive away from two of your favorite friends you haven’t seen in years…you just get in the car and go.
