I got invited to check out the newly opened Chipshot, and this place needs more recognition!

There is SO MUCH to do, and they have lots of activities that are included just by dining in.

@hey9oh4 and I had a BLAST here and are already talking about going back!

The food and drink options are all very reasonably priced.

There are taps from @pourmybeer, where you can choose how much to fill your cup, so you can try all kinds of different beers!

They have an entire winter cocktail menu, as well as a full mocktail menu

Sara LOVED her winter cocktails, and I loved that they had a Sangria mocktail!

Our favorite was the Brisket Cheese Fries, which come loaded with 13-hour smoked brisket. That whole mountain was only $15!

The pork tacos are also smoked for 13 hours, and the slaw is homemade by their chef. It was so fresh!!

The pool bar at @hyattjaxx is officially open for the summer! Their pool is on the rooftop, so it’s a whole vibe!

@hey9oh4 and I attended their media event and got to try some of their drinks, and they were all amazing!

We love how their frozen drinks are blended to order, so they are always fresh!

Hyatt Regency Riverfront is working on day passes for the pool, but you can also book a staycation. Their rooms are HUGE and the perfect little overnight getaway.

Thanks for having us! We can’t wait to spend more summer days here. 🥰

Mount Dora food crawl with @hey9oh4!

@katie_eatz organized such an awesome media event, we got to try a bit of everything. The restaurants were all so kind and welcomed us with open arms!

Mount Dora is about 45 minutes from Orlando and 2 hours from Jacksonville. This is such a cute, walkable town that is perfect for a day trip from either city.

All of these food and drink spots are truly amazing and I recommend trying as many as you can during your next visit to Mount Dora!

Get yourself a healthy Galentines Treat at @playabowlsbeachwalk 💕

@hey9oh4 and I have been to Playa Bowls before and we always have the hardest time deciding what to order, everything is so good!

They have a variety of açaí, pitaya, smoothies, juices, and coffee. They also have a rotating seasonal menu.

Their Stupid Cupid bowl and Chocolate Strawberry smoothies are a must for Valentine’s Day, but you can also customize your order and add white chocolate, like Sara did!

Their coffees are also amazing! We highly recommend ordering one with your bowl or smoothie.

We visited Playa Bowls Beachwalk, but they also have a location in the Town Center and recently opened their third shop in St Augustine.

We hope y’all stop by and get your Valentine’s Day treat from Playa Bowls!♥️

You can try Spanish cuisine in Jacksonville at @casaiberica_fusionrestaurant 🇪🇸

@hey9oh4 and I went to check this restaurant out and oh my! We loved everything from the flavorful food, very kind service, and the aesthetics of the interior.

TL, DR: If you love garlic and like your sangria more dry than sweet, you NEED to go here.

Here’s everything we tried:
🍷 Sangria: Made with a dry wine, it is fruity and flavorful but not sugary. I LOVED this!!!
🧀 Charcuterie Iberica: Lots of options and even comes with a fried cheese! The meat is imported from Spain, so you can’t get this just anywhere.
🥓 Croquetas de Jamón: SO unexpectedly garlic-y! This was my favorite appetizer.
🍤 Camarón al Ajillo: Another tasty, garlic-heavy dish!
🥓Carnitas Fritos de Cerdo: Sara’s favorite dish! It was crispy and flavorful. The side salad is served with a house-made dressing that uses sour oranges (grown at the restaurant!)
🥘 Paella: This is completely worth the price, as it is FULL of seafood.
🍓 Crema Catalana: I love that this is not made until ordered. The portion is huge!
🍮 Flan: Very flavorful and also great for sharing!

We cannot recommend this restaurant enough. This was our first time here, but won’t be our last.

If you have never had Spanish cuisine before, we really encourage you to give this a try because it is so clear how much love and passion is put into these recipes.

Two years ago, @megankilis aka @jacksonvillemom reached out asking if I’d like to trade my cardio queen ways at my current local gym for a strength training gym @titanupfitness . Honestly I was hesitant because I had never lifted before - I thought my lil ol scrawny self wouldn’t fit it.

@hey9oh4 and I recently went to @greenpapaya_official (Orange Park location) and all we can say is WOW! 🔥

The interior and presentation of all the menu items is absolutely stunning. From the specialty drinks being served on light-up coasters to the Flame Salmon arriving on a dry-ice plate, the aesthetics are very much like a Vegas restaurant.

Everything we tried was extremely flavorful and fresh, and the prices were very reasonable.

🍱 The Sudoku was such a fun appetizer to share and it comes with a HUGE variety of items. This would be a perfect date-night item to share with your bae.

Authentic Italian Restaurant in St Johns 🍝

@trattoria_di_bernardone has been a favorite for @hey9oh4 and myself for a while now. This is a perfect spot for date night or drinks and appetizers with your besties!

This is a family-owned restaurant, where the owners and their children built this restaurant themselves. Everything is beautifully done and it reminds me of the Italian restaurants I went to growing up north.

Before getting into the food, I want to begin by stating this is an authentic Italian restaurant and different from American-Italian spots that most Americans are accustomed to. Italy focuses on seafood and seasonal ingredients, while American-Italian focuses on cheesy dishes.

We did cover some cheesy menu items, but the majority of dishes are going to be on the lighter, fresher side. Sara and I personally love this because we both eat on the healthier side and we get to enjoy yummy pasta without feeling gross after.

Now onto the food!

🦑 Calamari: Even if you don’t like calamari, you should try this at least once.
🍄‍🟫 Stuffed Mushrooms: These are filled with marinara, goat cheese, spinach, arugula, and topped with pistachio crumbs. This is perfect for fall!
🧀 Alfredo lasagna: This is cheesy and comforting. It comes filled with grilled chicken and is topped with arugula. If you like cheesy dishes, this is for you! They also serve a traditional, red sauce lasagna.
🐟 Parmesan Grouper with Gnocchi: We LOVED this! Sara likes white fish, but I do not, so I was not too sure what to expect. This was not “fishy” at all and the Parmesan crust gave it so much flavor. And of course, the gnocchi is always a 10/10. This one is served with Alfredo, but they have several sauces to choose from.

We hope you give Trattoria di Bernardone a try!

Sometimes you just need a reason to get tipsy while eating tacos & playing dress up your friend 👽

This was not sponsored, hosted, gifted, paid for, whatever you wanna call it; we genuinely just wanted to wine & dine each other dressed up like space idiots (cough cough) *Girlies.

If you have or haven’t been to @alientacojax , let me catch you up. They recently made some upgraded changes since our last visit:
They reduced pricing, added healthier options (100 calorie taco menu) and have a new management team. I think it’s pretty cool when small businesses listen to the public and take into account how they can adjust to better please the clientele: Very selfless; very transparent.
This father & son restaurant duo deserve a round of applause for setting such a good example for the community here in Jax.

Here’s what we ordered:

• Tequila shots (not mentioned but absolutely Devine)
• Black Star Daiquiri
• Cosmo Rita
• Crab Stuffed Prawns app
• Tiered Tuna Tostada app (Our Fave)
• Gringo Americano steak taco

• Korean Fried Chicken taco
• Mexico City Steak taco

Give Alien Taco a second & third try if you have already visited. With all of the new changes, there is bound to be something you absolutely adore. We had phenomenal service from start to finish. The hostess, server, manager, food runner, were all so helpful and accommodating. Don’t forget to pop in the bathrooms at some point for a dance party🪩

@whiskeycakejax is now open!🥃

@hey9oh4 and I got to check out this new restaurant last week and were thoroughly impressed! The service, food and drinks, and atmosphere were all incredible!

This restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and has happy hour and brunch in addition to lunch and dinner.

🧇 Their chicken and waffles were our favorite and they will be available all day everyday (not just for brunch).
