I debuted my Absolute Zatanna on Friday at @newyorkcomiccon 💙 SWIPE to see my INSPO✨

I took inspiration from many different artists variant covers and took some of my favorite elements to make my own Absolute Zee look!

I also had red circle bead earrings to go with the necklace but the hair is covering up em here! That was my own personal addition because I thought she needed some earrings. And I know my jacket isn’t cropped I felt more comfortable with it the way it was but I think down the line I’ll crop it to make it more accurate ✨

This was great reference for the back of Zee’s jacket! This is also where I first saw the red beading on the necklace and I really loved that color pop!

I took a lot of inspo from the makeup and the fingerless gloves as well as the thinner chain. I knew I was cosplaying Ghost Rider in the same weekend and didn’t want to have a thicker chain like in her original design because of that.

I really liked the mixing of metals with the silver spikes and gold chains! And besides inspo from her look I took a lot of inspo from her attitude!

I remember seeing this first image of Absolute Zatanna and being like oh yeah into the cosplans! This is where we got the inspo for her hand clouds!

I appreciated all of the people that sent me this image too it means a lot that people associate me with Zatanna because of my cosplays. I love Zee so much and I’m loving that she’s getting so much love too taken in New York Comic Con by @heyitslilly

Can’t believe I got to celebrate my 10 year @newyorkcomiccon anniversary today and got to bring back my first ever cosplay! Daria!

Cosplaying on a budget is one of my fave things to do!

Green button down: $5.97
Orange cruise merch tee: $4.97
Black pleated skirt: $4.97
It all came out to a little less than $7 because all of the pieces were 40% off!

I can’t believe I managed to find the pieces all in one trip too! I closet cosplayed Daria the first and only time I cosplayed her so I thought thrifting for her look the second time would be fun and it all worked out!
