Here’s a simple homemade granola recipe using whatever you have at home! ❤️

🥣 Microwave Honey Granola
Ingredients
1 cup normal oats
¼ cup chopped peanuts
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp black raisins

Method

Mix the oats, chopped peanuts, honey and oil in a microwave-safe bowl.

Spread the mixture on a microwave-safe plate in a thin layer.
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval. Repeat until the oats are lightly golden and dry, usually around 2–4 minutes depending on your microwave.

Let it cool completely. It will become crunchier as it cools.
Mix in the chia seeds and black raisins.

Important: Keep a close eye on it because oats and honey can burn quickly. Don’t use metal trays or foil in the microwave.

One tip: A regular microwave may make granola less crunchy than an oven. If your microwave has a convection or grill mode.❤️
