a little about me + what we’ve got goin on over here! by @heyitsrach.co

it’s a freaking honor and joy to get the inside scoop in all of these amazing businesses, and get to be part of unlocking their next level.

there’s multiple ways to work with me these days (I love it) depending on where you’re at in your business and what your goals are - so let’s talk about it!!

🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼 by @heyitsrach.co

big newwwwws 👀

okay but actually should I share more about how I made the most I’ve ever made in business this year and how I will NOT be repeating it? 😂

lemme know, I got you by @heyitsrach.co

HERE IS THE PLAN

a 16 day advent calendar filled with little goodies that would make a business owner’s day better.

*not offering for purchase (this year), going to be offering as a giveaway!*

I have so many ideas but comment or DM me if you have a product or service you’d want to talk about contributing!!

(will be trying to stay on theme for business owners specifically but I see like, coffee as part of that category 😂 so we can get creative) by @heyitsrach.co

the thing is, it’s not just about the tech support.

I could figure it out. but the fact that he is so sold on every dream that I have, even on the days I question myself, is priceless.

a moment for the green flags 👏🏼 by @heyitsrach.co

hearing this podcast interview with @lesalfred and @elainewelteroth live at @createcultivate just a couple weeks after I recorded this video about how I want women to be able to make more money was such an amazing feeling.

hearing the stats about the things women do when they have the funds was priceless.

I think it’s funny that wanting more money is somehow controversial or looked down upon. money is a powerful tool to create a full life and big picture change.

can money provide love? deep relationships? discipline? etc? no. can you have a beautiful life without a lot of money? absolutely. but that’s not what we’re saying, is it?

money CAN give you freedom. money CAN give you time, and power, and access, and influence for good.

so imma get mine, I hope you get yours, we’re on our way up together big dawg 🤘🏼 by @heyitsrach.co

I will shout this from the rooftops forever: if you feel stuck, you have to MOVE.

make it tiny and simple and it can even be a side quest but get yourself in motion and then work out the rest.

signed, business owner who spent most their life not knowing they had ADHD and coming up with all the tips and tricks to help themselves do things because the show had to go on 😂

*obviously you don’t have to have ADHD to feel overwhelmed and all of these still apply!! by @heyitsrach.co

from working multiple part time jobs, running my body into the ground, floundering trying to find purpose and confidence…

to full time business owner, wife, mom, best shape I’ve ever been in physically and mentally, using my experience to make a positive impact? phew.

never, ever let your feelings tell you that this is all there is, and you will never grow, never get better, never feel more clear and passionate about life.

and TAKE. ACTION.

can’t wait to make this again in a few years when I’ve smashed what currently feels like my ceiling.

if you’re out here always working toward the best version of yourself and doing the hard things (and probably building a business), this is the place for you. by @heyitsrach.co

I lived life in a cycle of sprint, crash, and repeat for a long time…

and then I started noticing it was harder to get myself back up to speed. and then I had a kid and couldn’t crash with a small human depending on me. and then I turned 30 and realized that if I didn’t make changes now, I was going to have some regrets a decade later.

knowing all of that didn’t make it easy, but it did make creating another version of life a nonnegotiable for me. taking the leap was (is) still terrifying but the payoffs in not only my personal life but also the impact I get to make through my work? priceless.

so these are the moments I will keep clinging to as I continue to throw myself into building this next chapter.

if I could give you any advice - whatever it is, do it. there’s a call in your heart for a reason.

go get em big dawg 🫶🏼 by @heyitsrach.co

what if you sat at a table of women committed to doing the actual work needed to level up?

for example, today these topics came up:

hitting revenue goals. hiring. consistency. burnout. problem solving.

everyone left with an actionable step that will position them in a better place 30 days from now, and those steps will keep adding up.

comment “founder” if you want to get on the waitlist and be the first to know when (limited) spots open up for next quarter 🤘🏼 by @heyitsrach.co

you can work really hard but not know if you were setting yourself up for failure or if you’re missing important info if you’re just holding it all in your head so here’s the formula for starters:

gross revenue goal / your main offer / 12 = how many of your offer you need to book per month

obviously this is a base formula and there’s so much nuance per business but this should get you started 🫡 by @heyitsrach.co

can I be honest moment: when I scheduled this post last week I had no idea that yesterday morning, I would walk into the gym, sit down on a bench… and then walk back out. (for the first time in YEARS).

that my mental energy for decision making and iterating was going to give out on me over a back and bicep workout.

when I was asked this question during this interview, my response was IMMEDIATE (wild for an over thinker).

because truly, there is no hack, strategy, talent, or secret that is going to help you reach your goals if you don’t STAY IN THE GAME. you can, and you will, fall. hit the end of yourself. run out of steam before the finish line.

you can outsource almost anything, but not your own resilience.

so yesterday I went home. I took calls, delivered client work, and then closed my laptop and went back to the gym.

get back up big dawg 🤘🏼we got this.

and if you need a hand… you know where to find me. by @heyitsrach.co
