Last weekend at the Women Invest Brunch, I shared one of my favorite wealth-building products:

✨ Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) ✨

It allows you to use the equity you’ve built in your house as a revolving line of credit. That means you can use it, pay it off, and then *rinse and repeat!!!*♻️

Now, let’s talk about how you can pair that HELOC with the real estate investment loans I offer:

1️⃣ Start with a Fix & Flip Loan

When you buy a house to flip, we’ll fund the majority of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab.

🏚️ Guess what you can use toward your down payment? Your HELOC!

Once the rehab is complete, you have two options: sell the house, or keep it as a rental.

🏠 Want to keep your beautifully renovated house as a rental?

2️⃣ Refinance into a DSCR Loan

We can move the house into a long-term DSCR loan, which is designed specifically for you to hold it as a rental property.

♻️ Rinse & Repeat: Pay off the HELOC when you sell or refinance. Then find your next deal and use it all over again!

This is the exact strategy my client used to close on his 2nd flip-to-rent LAST WEEK!
