POSTS STORIES REELS

For 20 years, I was the woman doing it all. I built a business from earning less than $50K a year to a building a team that sold $1B. From the outside, it looked like the dream. But I was still in every team meeting, every marketing project, every finance decision. I was the bottleneck of the business I’d spent two decades building.

So I released the identity and reputation I’d spent 20 years building and started creating a business and life I actually wanted. That meant creating leverage first. What truly was only mine to do and what could be delegated to another person, a system, or AI. Second, I had to create the mental white space to give myself the room to dream and consider what I truly wanted. And finally I had to release the version of myself that had built everything I had and claim the version of myself who could build what comes next.

Your next level isn’t about doing more. It’s about deciding what no longer belongs with you, unblocking the bottleneck and releasing what’s holding you back.

Save this for when you need clarity on your next move 🤍

Nobody is waiting on it. That’s the part that stings. You set the deadline. You rearranged your whole week around it. And there is not one person on the other end refreshing their inbox.

Most every woman I coach does this. Everything is due Friday. Everything is somehow already behind. The load is real, but a good bit of the pressure sitting on top of it, you put there yourself.

Comment HOURS and I’ll send you Reclaim 15 Hours, free. It shows you exactly how to fix this.

When you’re running a business, most of what you CAN do, you shouldn’t be doing anymore.

That’s where AI is giving us one of the biggest advantages we’ve ever had. Not by replacing your voice, but by giving you back the time and space to use it where it matters.

I’m breaking down exactly what I’m using AI for and where I’m protecting my voice inside my free live workshop, AI for Ambitious Women, on August 25.

There’s something about November that makes me want to sit down and plan the whole next year.

Not in a “new year, new me” way. In a “I’m not walking into January without knowing exactly what I’m doing” way.

If you’re running a six- or seven-figure business, you already have the ideas. What’s usually missing is a plan that tells you which ones matter, what to stop doing, and when everything actually happens.

That’s what we’re building in Strategic Vision.

Three live sessions. We’ll use Claude to:
→ Day 1: Get clear on the business and life you want
→ Day 2: Keep what works and cut what doesn’t
→ Day 3: Put your next 12 months on the calendar, week by week

You’ll leave with your 2027 plan done, so you’re not scrambling to figure it out in January.

📅 Nov 9–11 | 12:00–1:30 CT
💻 Live on Zoom, with replays the same day
💰 $47 (paid Claude plan required)

Your 2027 business strategy shouldn’t be something you scramble to figure out once January arrives.

If you’re a woman running a six- or seven-figure business, my Strategic Vision workshop will help you turn your big-picture goals into a clear, actionable plan for the year ahead.

Over three live sessions, we’ll use Claude to map out your next 12 months, define your revenue goals, build your marketing strategy, identify your priorities, and organize everything into a calendar so you know exactly what to focus on and when.

You’ll walk away with a strategic roadmap for 2027, a plan for putting it into action, and the clarity to make decisions with intention instead of constantly reacting to what’s next.

Three sessions. One clear strategy. An entire year mapped out.

I’ve been working on something special, and I’m so excited to share it with you ✨

Something has been taking shape behind the scenes, and it’s about a conversation I think more ambitious women need to have.

What does it look like to pursue bigger goals, build real wealth, and create a business that reflects your potential without losing yourself in the process?

I want to talk about ambition, leadership, identity, and what it really takes to build success on your own terms. Because you can want more for your life and still want that life to feel good while you’re living it.

For the woman who knows she’s capable of more and is ready to explore what’s possible, this is for you.

More soon 👀✨

There’s nothing scarier than heading into 2027 with big business goals but no clear plan for how to reach them...

If you’re a woman running a six- or seven-figure business, you don’t need another idea to add to your list. You need to know exactly what deserves your time, what to prioritize, and what to focus on every day to move your business forward.

That’s exactly what we’ll build inside my Strategic Vision workshop. Over three live sessions, we’ll use Claude to map out your next 12 months, from your business and revenue goals to your marketing strategy and weekly priorities, and get it all on your calendar.

Three live sessions. One clear plan. Your next 12 months mapped out.

A 7-figure CEO’s calendar isn’t about fitting more in. It’s about being intentional with what gets your time, and what doesn’t.

The work that actually grows your business gets done before anyone else’s chaos can touch it. Your week is protected for the work that actually moves the business forward. And there’s space for strategy, focus, recovery, and a life outside the business.

Because when you lead your time with intention, your business finally starts moving with it.

I created Reclaim 15 to help you reclaim 15 hours every week using the exact weekly structure I’ve used to run two businesses, stay focused, and still have a life.

There's a difference between being capable and needing to be indispensable. And for a lot of women, that line gets blurry.

Especially when you've spent years being the one who figures it out. The reliable one, responsible one or the one who somehow always finds a way.

At some point, being needed can start to feel like being valued. And without realizing it, you begin measuring your worth by how much you can carry.

But here's the question I've been sitting with: Who are you when you're no longer the person holding everything together?
Can you let someone else take the lead?
Can you receive support without feeling guilty?
Can you watch something get done differently than you would have done it and still trust the outcome?

Because sometimes the hardest part of letting go isn't believing someone else is capable. It's believing you're still valuable when you're not the one doing it all.

This week's conversation with @heylaceynewman on The Arise with Anita Podcast goes into the identities we build around being capable, the cost of carrying everything, and what becomes possible when we finally allow ourselves to be supported.

🎙️ New episode out now.

Where in your life have you confused being needed with being valued?

If you’ve already built the business, the next level isn’t another pile of information. It’s learning to operate differently.

You don’t need to keep being the person who makes every decision, holds every system together, or says yes to every opportunity. You need to make the shift from operator to CEO. That means getting the business out of your head, defining what only you should own, building the systems that give you your brain space back, and confidently handing off what belongs with your team.

Because the goal isn’t to build a $1M business that requires more of you. It’s to make $1M repeatable, not a year you survive.

That’s the work we do inside my private six-month mentorship. Strategy. Systems. Leadership. Implementation. Real-time support.

I don’t offer this mentorship broadly. I bring women into it when I believe private support is the right fit for where they are.
