Some of you are being emotionally fed by an industry that has no intention of sustaining you.That is why so many talented people feel confused. On paper, it looks like things are moving. People know your name. People compliment your work. People repost you. People call you amazing. But when it’s time for the opportunities that actually make significant change, sometimes things go quiet.That is not support. That is spectatorship.And if you are not careful, you will build your self-worth around being admired instead of being resourced.There is a difference between being visible and being valued. The difference between being hyped and being hired. The difference between being celebrated and being sustained.if the praise never converted into tangible support, it was never momentum. it was performance.Do you have a different perspective?
