In times like this, I just wanted to say THANK YOU 💜 As you know, moving back home 3 years ago meant a lot for me especially because I wanted to take the knowledge, experience, and skills I learned on O’ahu and bring it back for the people and businesses on Kaua’i. The community aspect with my work and intentions always come first as a photographer, graphic designer, social media manager, heels teacher (lols all of the things) so messages like these make it all worth it to keep going 🙏🏼 Thank you for being my “why” 🥹  As Kaua’i continues to recover, my focus is to continue using my platform to bring awareness to the families / businesses that need it, to volunteer or create graphics, and donate when I can. However, I am open for work remotely for graphic design or community / social media management, and will be open for photoshoot bookings on Oahu in mid-October 💌 DM me to inquire. Xoxo, Rochelle 💋 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Keywords: Portrait Photographer, Brand Photographer, Client Testimonials, Photo Reactions, #womanphotographer #socialmediamanager by @heyrowshell

For Rochelle, fresh out of college with a degree in graphic design, the plan was clear—or so she thought. But then the world shut down… “What’s beautiful about redirection,” she says, “is you never know what doors may open.” LINK IN BIO to read Rochelle’s interview ♥️ by @heyrowshell

This is for those afar who want to help 💜 Hurricane Lowell left an impact on the islands of Kaua’i and Ni’ihau and many local families are struggling. Many on the island have no power, no water, are stuck without supplies due to road closures, people have lost everything they’ve own, and places that hold history and are people’s childhood are destroyed or severely damage 😔 It will take a while to recover but people need help now! Donations directly go a long way, which is the reason why this Google Spreadsheet was created. This is to help spread awareness and to keep as many directed donations accessible in one place, especially with the lack of media news coverage outside of Hawai’i. If you or anyone else need donations at this moment, please provide @heyrowshell & @jaydakurz the following information via DM: 1. Last name, First name 2. Bio / Your story 3. GoFundMe links (if get) 4. Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, etc. 5. Donation Goal 6. What side of the island you reside *Spreadsheet is organized by location, so be sure to click on the different sheets on the bottom. Link to spreadsheet is in OUR bio or if you’re on desktop, here’s the link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TBBoQMHPeiDjfi8vpO-CKy7437A5lZ0h8W_l_TFAzFE/edit?usp=sharing Mahalo 💜 taken in Kauai, Hawaii by @heyrowshell

The secret to photographing women is…. making them feel seen making them feel safe making them feel empowered giving guidance & affirmations There’s so much more, but what’s most important is their experience throughout the photoshoot. Getting in front of the camera isn’t easy, it’s vulnerable, and our responsibility as photographers is to make anyone that steps in front of our lens to feel comfortable. Thank you to the girly pops for trusting me as your photographer 🥹 This is for you!! 💓 who’s next? 👀 ~~ #portraitphotographers #portraitphotoshoot #photographyreels #femalephotographers #photoportfolio by @heyrowshell
