Had to tap into my inner gangsta over the weekend. A blister almost took me out, but I reminded myself that so much of it is mental- so you know we pushed through.

I was just shy of my sub 2-hour goal, but that only gives me the motivation to go harder.

Who can relate? 🙋🏽‍♀️😅🏃🏽‍♀️

Another One! 🏃🏽‍♀️✅

My bro and I had to pull up to another half marathon. From humidity to rolling hills, I was feeling it… cried and even walked for a few— but we pushed through 🥵.

Didn’t hit a PR this time and that’s okay— still feel like I won— my besties surprised me at the finish line and that was worth more than anything. I’m excited to keep training and improve my performance regardless of course elevation or weather on race days — let’s get it 💪🏽🏃🏽‍♀️

Also a huge thank you to everyone that has been sending love: before, on, and after race day — I see y’all and appreciate you so much 🫶🏽

Yesterday was such a special day! Collaborating with @werunprov to host my first community run event was a DREAM — Miguel + Paps, I couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you to all those who came out, checked in, or helped behind the scenes to make it possible✨

Our goal was to cultivate a space where everyone felt excited to move their bodies and network. We had a “pop-up profiles” board to share IG handles, and honestly kudos to ya’ll for being down to try it out — let’s continue to support one another!

Also big shout out to @vitalmossshop for providing sea-moss samples!

This is only the beginning— I hope to see you at the next one 🫡✨
