Had a fun-filled sesh aka Pink October Wellness Experience with ghd at Flow Studio in Factory 19 PJ - dedicated to health & well-being, hair care & styling + self-care & breast cancer awareness in support of BCWA Malaysia this Pinktober 💝

What went down during the cosy afternoon:
🧘🏻‍♀️ • Chair/reformer pilates with Flow Studio
💝 • Breast health check with BCWA
🧠 • Breast cancer Myths or Facts
👩🏻 • Scalp scanning and personalised hair care recommendations from Davines
😍 • ghd hairstyling session using the new Sculpt AI-powered hair straightener and styler
🥗 • Healthy f&b options that nourished our souls

While my legs are still sore from my first time trying Chair pilates, I can't wait to get back on it cos it was one helluva stretching sesh! 😬 That aside, here's your reminder to get moving like we did, check your boobies every month (or go for a mammogram if you're 40+) and take time out for yourself!

An evening at the Chin-Geyler's: the cosy night in we didn't know we needed. New friends, last-min change of plans, a mish-mash of cocktails and nibbles, convos that stretch from lasting scents to cheers rituals gone wrong and secret haram stashes while switching between multiple lingos - here's one for the books! 🥂🌯🧀🥖 #chill #nightin #nightout #verdana #kl by @heyyml

My fave caramel pecan cake times two - topped with glittering candles in my initials. Simple yet meaningful, just the way I like it. 🥰 Thank u Jaja for baking these for me and the (failed) surprise delivery all the way from Melaka. Too sweet lah u, just like ur cakes! 😍🎂🐜 #caramelpecan #cake #birthdaycake #homemade #bakedbyjaja by @heyyml

Happy birthday to my producer-turned-recording artist-turned-yogi kween-slash-cat mama and everything else in between @atiliaharon! 🥳

Can you believe I've known you since I was practically a baby in advertising (and this is our first pic together)? I'm glad we got to trace back to our "roots" and relive those good ol' days during this fun day out at Klang River - of all places! 😂 Here's wishing you selalu 'Bahagia' and all the best in your new age, the year to come and upcoming concert... and I'll catch you soon! 😘 #atilia #atiliaharon #birthday #klangriver #ombakklcc by @heyyml

Back to the '80s with The Cassette Queens 😎 (only the first pic is legit, the second one didn't quite make the cut)

According to @xeliciousxass ~
• We're a hot gang - then and now 🔥
• #suyineedsinstagram is the lead singer 🎤
• @lil_mun is the sexy one who can't sing 💃🏻
• @shirleycyl & I are the twins yg pakai baju sama and our mum said we can only join the band if we go together-gether 👯‍♀️
• @emergencyroom83 is the token black girl to sell in the urban market 💁🏽‍♀️
• ... and VeeVee is well, the closeted lesbian 🧚🏽‍♀️

If you're not on our mailing list yet, hit the link in bio to sign up to receive snail mail and priority queue for our merch! 😉 (or maybe not!)
