😌 A beautiful way to start the morning. 🥣 The @heyyogimats attended the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center for their Wellness in Design event, a day centered around interior designers curating health focused spaces. 😌 The designers entered the room, selected an affirming Hey Yogi mat, and eased into a beautiful sound bath experience. 🪷 Their conversations throughout the day explored designing for mental well-being through neuroaesthetics, biophilic design and nature-inspired approaches that support overall wellness. Everything around you affects you. 😌 Choose intentional pieces (like @heyyogimats) inspired by nature to support you through all of life’s moments. Check out heyyogi.shop/rental to request yoga mats for your next wellness event. ✨ #yogamatrental #adac #interiordesign #mindfulness #neuroaesthetics by @heyyogimats

Unboxing something special today 🌿✨ So excited to finally open my new Pilates mat from @heyyogimats, a beautiful Black woman–owned small business. Supporting brands that align with wellness, intention, and community just feels right. The quality, the design, the energy… I already know this mat is about to see a lot of flows with Sow + Stretch 💚 Be sure to check them out and support! #SowAndStretch #BlackOwnedBusiness #HeyYogiMats #PilatesEssentials #SupportSmallBusiness by @heyyogimats
Stretching isn’t what I do after my body hurts anymore. We have to stop waiting until we are in pain to start doing something about it. Daily maintenance is the answer✨ At this stage of life, I stretch so the pain doesn’t run my day. So my lower back isn’t tight when I wake up. So my hips move without resistance. So my body feels supported, not pushed. In an effort to shift our mindsets and hold each other accountable, I’m launching Live Well Reset in the new year: a stretch + mobility membership focused on consistency, accountability, and feeling good in your body again. I hear you all and your schedules are already jammed packed so this is simple and sustainable. Don’t forget… ✨ SoulFlow Yoga is tonight at 8pm EST… come stretch with me.
