It’s official. Meta Jail it is.

Well… it’s official. META has disabled all of our accounts related to LVBG Wrestling, along with Ashton’s account.

Apparently, Meta has decided the girls were simply too aggressive/bullies and too pretty for the platform.

So, naturally, the only reasonable explanation is that they had to be put in Meta Jail for excessive wrestling behavior.

After spending way too much time trying to create new accounts, recover old accounts, appeal, report bugs, talk to bots, talk to more bots, and generally lose our minds dealing with Meta… we’re keeping it simple.

For now, we’re going to use this shared family account.

So if you’re trying to reach Henrique, Ashton, Lennox, Lilo, or Lux, this is the place. And yes… if you know us, you already know pretty much everything we do revolves around wrestling.

So wrestling friends, coaches, families, tournaments, camps, and anyone wanting to reach the girls — come find us here.

Maybe one day Meta will release the girls from Meta Jail for their apparently aggressive behavior and let them create their own accounts.

Until then…

Shared family account it is.

We’re tired of fighting with Meta. We’d rather spend that energy doing what we actually love.

Have you ever felt the pull to change everything because of an intuition?

Not because you have all the answers, but because deep down, it feels right.

We heard someone say: chase your goals, even when it’s uncomfortable. Even when things move faster than expected.

Maybe sometimes that’s exactly what alignment feels like.

And then there are the rare people who reinforce that feeling, people whose passion, purpose, and vision move you in a way you can’t ignore.

Maybe some people are meant to cross your path.
Maybe some opportunities are meant to find you.
Maybe some things really are meant to be.

So we’re choosing to trust the feeling, pursue the goal, and step into what’s next.

We don’t need to know every step. We just need to be brave enough to take the next one. by @hgebara

It sucks losing the last three years of Instagram posts—the daily journey, the girls’ careers, the memories, the connections, our people, all of it.

But honestly, there’s something pretty cool about starting over. Rebuilding it all, creating it even better, and reconnecting with the people who truly care and still remember the journey. That part has been amazing.

It’s also been nice to step back from constantly posting and get back to the real grind of living—the practices, the tournaments, the travel, the wins, the losses, and all the moments that do not need a post to matter.

The best part? The kids do not have Instagram right now, which means I can post whatever I want, whenever I want, without somebody telling me it’s “cringey” or that they do not want it posted.

Just a dad posting whatever he wants… without being bossed around by four women.

So, thank you Meta for banning my girls [LVBG] from Facebook and Instagram for being “too aggressive.” You may have deleted the old memories, but you gave this family a new challenge - and we love challenges in this house! by @hgebara

This is my favorite part of wrestling, not the destination, but the miles in between.

Hours in the car. Everyone together. We get creative, we fight, we laugh, we sleep, we complain, we plan, and we dream.

As a dad, this is the dream.

The tournaments, and big moments are an extra reward… but the process? Man… I love every part of it. The late nights, early mornings, gas-station snacks, road-trip talks, and memories being made one mile at a time.

One day, I know I’ll miss these crowded car rides more than anything. by @hgebara

One of our first pictures with Coach JJ!

By now, I’m pretty sure he’s tired of seeing us show up at 10–12 of his camps all over the country!

But what a journey it’s been! Beyond wrestling, he’s helped us learn that even in the toughest moments, there’s always a positive side—you just have to be willing to look for it and believe in it.

Here’s to many, many more camps, miles, memories, and probably annoying Coach JJ for years to come! by @hgebara
