Working out on deck is guaranteed a few head turns.

90 Day HARD done and dusted ✅

So happy with the end result. It’s been a long haul but I feel like I have embedded some seriously good habits into my life going forward. I could not recommend highly enough to put yourself through some kind of challenge to see what you’re capable of. It’s a serious eye opener to how things like shit food, alcohol ect. can affect your overall health and life. But everything in moderation cause I’m itching for a beer and chicken parmi 😛

From the tools to travelling the world 🌍

A few years ago, I was waking up at 4:30 a.m. every morning to go to a job I hated.
Gym before work. Stuck in traffic. Crawling under houses and climbing through roof spaces.
Counting down the hours till smoko, wishing the day away.
Weekends were just recovery from the week.
Drink Saturday, hungover Sunday, back to it Monday.
That was life… or at least that’s what I thought.
Then one day, something clicked.
I started seeing people online living differently.
Travelling, building something of their own, working on their terms.
And I couldn’t stop thinking… why not me?
That question changed everything.
I discovered the super yacht industry, dropped $3.5K on a course, and booked a Europe trip with my mates
I was ready to start a new chapter.
But then… COVID hit.
Two more years stuck in Sydney, back on the tools, watching time go by.
That period tested me, but it also lit a fire under me.
When the world reopened, Capre and I booked a one-way ticket to Mexico.
No plan. No backup. Just went for it.
We travelled for 5 months before landing my first yacht job.
From there, everything changed.
Working hard, travelling the world, meeting people who thought differently, seeing what life could be.
For the first time, I felt free.
We eventually came home to Australia thinking we were “done” with yachting
ready for something new.
But the second I was back on the tools, I knew…
I wasn’t built for that life anymore.
Comfort didn’t feel like peace, it felt like a cage.
So we left again.
Now I’m back overseas, working and training on super yachts,
chasing the best version of myself while seeing the world.
And honestly, I’ve never been happier.
This journey taught me that you don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to be brave enough to start.
Because no one’s coming to change your life for you
you’ve got to make the move yourself.
So here’s to anyone who feels stuck.
To anyone dreaming of more.
To anyone scared to take the leap.
You don’t need to have it all worked out.
You just need to go. by @hgoeshard_

When I rocked up I knew no one and had zero industry experience. Here’s exactly what got me hired.

I put myself out there and connected with everyone I could. Networking is everything in this industry, most work comes through word of mouth, so the more people who know your name and your face, the better. Always hustling, always looking for the next bit of work.

Dock walking. The most humbling thing you’ll ever do, walking boat to boat asking for work and copping no after no. But it far outweighs sitting behind a laptop hoping for a message. Nothing builds your reputation and your network faster. Get out and get in the trenches.

That said, don’t neglect the internet. I was in every Facebook group and page, checking every single morning for new jobs and applying the second they went up. Dock walk by day, apply online by night.

I leaned on what made me, me. My trade background, my passion for surfing, the fact I love creating content. Everyone’s got the same tickets. Your character and your story are what make a captain pick you over the next bloke.

I didn’t try to be something I’m not. Don’t sell yourself short, don’t apply for jobs you don’t actually want, and don’t get desperate. Be patient, do the work, and the right boat will come.

If you’re struggling with landing your first job then comment JOB and I’ll send you a guide that outlays exactly everything I did to secure a job within a month. by @hgoeshard_

The calm before the storm. by @hgoeshard_

This is the part of a startup nobody posts.

We flew into Fort Lauderdale on Monday night, ready to launch BLND that week. Everything planned, everything on track.

Tuesday we got the call that the packaging wasn’t going to make it. Only the powder had arrived. Two days out from launch and we had nothing to put it in.

So we had 24 hours to figure it out or push the whole thing back.

We hustled and ordered drink bottles and custom stickers, and built our own Blnd sample bottle from scratch. Not what we planned, but it worked. Then we spent the night filling every single one by hand with our pre-mix so we’d have samples ready for people to taste the next morning.

Launched on time setback and all.

This is what building a business looks like. It’s never the clean version you picture. It’s midnight problem solving, making it work with what you’ve got, and refusing to let a hiccup stop you.

Couldn’t have done it without this one next to me the whole way. by @hgoeshard_

BLND IS OFFICIALLY LIVE FOR PRE-ORDER

After a year and a half of bringing this vision to life, Blnd is finally here.

Born on board. Built for life in motion.

Blnd was created from one simple idea: wellness shouldn’t be something you have to slow down for. It should move with you.

Because life doesn’t always happen in a perfect routine. It’s early flights, long shifts, changing time zones, new destinations and everything in between.

Our first campaign, The Handoff, captures exactly that. The way we move from one place to the next, one moment to another, one chapter into the next. Because wherever life takes you, Blnd is designed to come with you.

One daily sachet. Four purposeful components. One simple ritual.

Electrolytes for hydration. Creatine to support energy production. Rhodiola to support the body’s response to stress and fatigue. L-theanine for calm and focus.

Caffeine-free, intentionally formulated and made to travel with you.

From the airport lounge to on deck. From early mornings onboard to long days on the move. From one side of the world to the other.

Blnd goes where you go.

What started as an idea between two people working full-time onboard superyachts has become something so much bigger than we imagined. Eighteen months of research, testing, setbacks, late nights and a whole lot of belief have brought us to this moment.

And now, we finally get to share it with you.

You don’t slow down to find balance. You carry it with you.

Our first release is officially available for pre-order, with orders expected to ship in mid to late November as we await our final packaging.

To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. This is only the beginning.

Born on board. Built for life in motion.

A revive in every sip.

Someone asked me the other day how I find the energy to train on trip after a 14 hour day.

Truth is, I don’t.

I’m tired. I’m busy. I don’t feel motivated. I get every excuse everyone else gets, “I’ll rest today, it was a big one,” “I’ll train tomorrow.” Same temptations, every single time.

The difference is I stopped waiting to feel like it. Energy isn’t something you wait around for. It’s something you create. And the only way to create it is to start before you feel ready.

So I make time. Might be before my shift, might be in my break, might be something short and simple after. I always train before I eat, because the second I sit down to a meal, I’m done for the day.

Every time you train when you don’t feel like it, your body adapts. Your mind adapts. What felt brutal last month becomes normal. You’re raising your baseline.

Everyone’s got 30 minutes. Tired or not. Make the time. by @hgoeshard_

Tomorrow, Blnd officially launches. And it isn’t quite going to plan…

After a year and a half of building Blnd in public, sharing the milestones, setbacks and everything in between with you, we can’t quite believe we’re finally here.

The formula is ready. The product is made. And we’re beyond excited for you to finally experience what we’ve been working on.

But as with any start-up, things don’t always go exactly to plan.

Here’s where things have taken a little turn. Our final retail boxes have been caught up in an unexpected shipping delay. While Blnd itself is ready to go, we’re still waiting on the boxes that bring the finished product together. Without them, we can’t package and dispatch your orders the way we intended.

It’s frustrating to be this close to the finish line and have something outside of our control shift the timeline, but we’ve put too much into every detail to rush the final step.

So rather than postponing our launch, we’re officially opening Blnd for pre-order tomorrow, October 29, 9:00am (US Eastern Time).

You’ll be able to secure your Blnd, with orders expected to ship in late November if not before. For now, we’re shipping US-wide only, with plans to bring Blnd further afield in the future.

And for those joining us at FLIBS this week, you’ll be among the very first to experience Blnd in person. We’ll have both flavours ready for you to taste and we genuinely can’t wait to hear what you think.

It might not be exactly how we pictured launch day, but if there’s one thing building a business has taught us, it’s that not everything goes to plan. And that’s all part of the journey.

To everyone who has followed along, supported us and believed in Blnd before it even existed, thank you. You’ve been part of this from the beginning, and this moment means more than you know.

Tomorrow, it all begins.

First in, first served. Link in bio. 🤍
