We’re Jen + Jay — two friends turned business partners who decided (after years of figuring it out the hard way) that ambitious women deserve a space to grow without the guesswork. 🎉

💻 Jen’s the strategist, the creative one, and now a first-time mum juggling business + baby life.

💼 Jay’s the lawyer, the bold-move maker, and the one who’ll always remind you to dream bigger.

We know this one might divide opinions... 👀

There's nothing wrong with going viral.

But if we're honest, we'd rather create content that brings in enquiries, customers and opportunities than content that only boosts our views.

Maybe it's time we stopped measuring success by how many people watched... and started measuring it by what the content actually helped us achieve. 💜

Well… 43K+ views and 100+ comments later, I think it’s safe to say we opened a conversation. 👀

And actually, some of the best bits weren’t in my video, they were in the comments.

Different opinions, different experiences, people agreeing and disagreeing… I’ve even taken a few things away from it myself.

We know some of you are sitting there thinking, “I don’t want to seem pushy”… meanwhile that proposal has been sitting in their inbox for a week.

We follow up three times, politely of course, and then we leave it there.
