Life happens and waits for no one. Take this as your nudge to get out your comfort zone and expand it. I’m neurodivergent and have anxiety (amongst other things) but am constantly pushing myself.
The rave scene is full people from all walks of life, if your feeling introverted and don’t want to talk to anyone you don’t have to the music is loud so dance for 5 hours then leave… if your standing alone guaranteed someone will approach you and offer some kindness. It’s a welcoming community. Nobody thinks your weird, everyone has their own reasons for being alone but be brave and you might find a likeminded crew to go boogie with next time. Remember to be safe tho, keep your head and trust your instincts. It can be very overwhelming too but if it’s something you yearn for don’t keep waiting.. go feel that energy and excitement for yourself. by @hhoopsdf

Light, bouncy, professional dance hoops made for passing, throwing, breaks, flips, folds and all the rest ❕Different from the heavy weighted exercise hoops which are great for toning the waist no good for off body tricks. My polypro hoops feel like a massage on the core 😮‍💨 💯 by @hhoopsdf
